Very rude and boarder line racist. I went there to clean some of my clothes and the lady told me to drop my clothes as her husband wasn’t there and couldn’t tell me the price for cleaning. Left those clothes and when I received the call from her husband the rate was way too high than expected. I told him I am outside now and will pickup later but he keep in insisting saying “pickup now” I had to remind him that your wife told me that I can pickup later and he cut the call. Tbh there are multiple stores with nice customer service around this location. Will never ever set foot there

The third Google reviewer above is right -- the customer service at Suzanna's Cleaners is really bad. My first time, one year ago, I suffered a tirade from the man because there were cat hairs on my trousers. He yelled at me as if I were one block away, instead of four feet. Prices are reasonable, but not enough to warrant my returning. Fortunately, there are three cleaners across the street from Suzanna's, all of whom do fine work. Two of the ladies are Chinese, and could not be more pleasant!

Racist and Bad attitude, especially the female staff. These Korean staff has no respect in consumer, she was being so rude to me. Just don’t go!!!

Excellent service and prompt response.I needed a jacket dry cleaned within 2 days and no one said yes.Suzanna’s did it for me.Great and efficient work.My to go laundry place for ironing and dry cleaning.Prices are similar to the area we live in.
