TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Not happy with my experience with this branch. The tellers like to send you away telling you to call the TD line instead of looking into the problems theirselves. Had to make two trips here today to have a simple issue resolved. Thanks for the time waste, makes more sense to drive to a further location for help.

Incredibly terrible branch.It was faster to drive to the Century park location than wait in line here. Customers telling their life stories need something better to do with their time.Tellers slow and not keen to speed up people in and out of the branch with 8+ people in line.Drove from here to century park and back, and the person last in line was just being served.That’s embarrassing.

There’s a lot of negative reviews about this bank, but in my past 8 years of living on Ellerslie, this bank has not given me any issues greater than a long line.

I just closed my account with TD because they don't care about their clients. There's no benefits to banking with them. I got way better deals with a competitor. The customer service manager Karen at this branch is very rude. She threw my card on the counter and did not acknowledge me or say anything pleasant. What kind of a customer service leader is that?Made my decision of closing my account that much more better.

wow not surprised this location only has 2 stars.horrible service not willing to helpi had a cheque with my name and my husbands name on it and they said we have to open a joined account to be able to cash it? when i asked for the manager she was extremely rude.TD change your staff here or you might lose customers based on all these reviews.never going back here again.

The worst banking experience I've ever had. Took 2 weeks and over an hour standing in line to get an appointment to open an account, because the staff seem to collectively understand the system, but no one individually does. Then, once a new account was open, the branch ATM refused a deposit several times making me wait till they opened to make a deposit with the teller. After being assured there was no hold on the funds, 3 hours later I attempted to pay for fuel, and was declined. Went back that day to close the account, which also took over an hour, and the collective effort of two employees.

Be prepared to wait in line for a long time. Why is there on 2 people working at 2pm on a weekday? Seems like they need more people working behind the counter at the teller area.

This is the worst TD I ever been, I will not recommend this branch to my worst enemy. I was told by my mortgage specialist to go to a TD branch to pay my lump sum payment so that I am able to double check the total amount I'm allowing to pay for this year. the girl who helped me name Sanpreet boins, she’s incompetent of her job and she’s get annoyed and blame me raise my voice because otherwise she said she can’t hear me. I asked her multiple time to check the totally amount allowance for my lump sum this year but she totally miss my request and go ahead finished the process, so when i firmly ask her to fix her mistake, she provide me with a Wrong Number! I’m glad I double checked on my side prior to come make my payment, otherwise there’s penalties I probably will have to pay for.

I’ve been dealing with Td for the last three years I am a trustee and garden of a senior very on happy with the service I keep getting told buy the td bank that I could not pay his bills on line when the courts have told me that I can that is what I’ve been granted to do buy the courts td doesn’t no what they are doing and they do not go through the proper channels to call to get it set up i Have closed off his account they are very unprofessional I do not advise anyone to deal with this bank if they are in the same position

I have read so many negative reports about this branch that I had to add my voice to counter those negatives. I started going to this branch when I moved to this area 15 years ago. I have always found them very accommodating for my needs. The tellers are always very respectful and helpful. I often purchase US dollars for my foreign trips and pick up cash for Christmas presents. The service is always quick and helpful. One thing to note, if you go there at the end of the month, be prepared for a wait because of people cashing paycheques or paying bills but that is just the way the crowd works. 5 stars to them for their efforts.
