This is where you want to go in Port Alberni for flooring, especially for hardwood. 2 reasons: Best Prices and the Best Customer Service. After experiencing very poor customer service somewhere else it was a breath a fresh air to be treated so well picking my flooring with Flooring Depot. Much better pricing too, dollars cheaper for a single square foot on the exact same flooring elsewhere in town. Save yourself grief, to to Flooring Depot before anyone else in PA.

Service was great here and the staff were friendly and helpful. Prices wwre comparable to the big box stores. Only thing that held back a 5 star was that they didn't have the profile ends for all the Schulter trim available in stock for the trimming they had in stock. Definitely recommend for tile and flooring needs instead of going out of town.

Excellent carpeting company in Port Alberni. I had originally worked with Arrowsmith Flooring and was unhappy with their service for numerous reasons. Happy to report the Flooring Depot has good customer service, timely responses, and great prices!

Poor service between Todd, the owner and the customers had to get our floor redone and it's still not finished by their company. Would not recommend.
