This place has gone way down hill. When I first tried firehouse, I was blown away at how yummy and fresh their sandwiches were.Last two times I’ve eaten here, they’ve messed my order up and the sandwich is so SLOPPY!I ordered hook and ladder which clearly shows white cheese. They put yellow cheese instead, which is disgusting. There’s tons of lettuce but barely any onion or jalapeño. I also asked for whole wheat bread and was given white bread. The bread is also so thin. Not sure if it’s just the white bread, cause I never get white bread until this time when they messed up order. But for the amount of meat on the sub, the bread is far too thin, it just gets soggy and gross.The employees clearly do not care about quality or service. These subs are far too over priced for the level of quality they’re now providing. Don’t think I’ll be back for a while. Hopefully they’ll train their employees better or hire people that actually care.

Had the club sandwich and I must say it was really good. I got the large and it was huge. This place cannot be compared to subway or the likes. Spend the extra 5 bucks and get the quality food. Well worth it.

Had the beef brisket sub - a little on the pricier side but I think it’s the most popular on the menu. It was tasty but nothing crazy. Cool spot esp for kids. Fun staff.

Firehouse subs is a good place for healthy and quick biteLove their sandwiches style but they missing chicken sandwiches so if you are chicken lover like me , don’t come hereThe staff is nice , place is clean and very attractive seatingSandwiches are rich in componentsThey have only chicken breadth as optionBut big varieties for beef ones.Location is very unique and accessible.

I really enjoy firehouse subs. I love the interior and the vibe of the whole store. But, the subs are to die for. Much nicer subs that going to somewhere like subway. definitely would recommend stopping by and getting the brisket sandwich, yum!
