Le pire service d une institution bancaire que je n ai jamais eu de toute ma vie, et j ai 54 ans . Lamentable, je dis le pire service mais en fait ce n est pas vrai , je ne peux le savoir car il n y a absolument aucun service , point à la ligne.

1. Ça fait au moins 5 fois que j’y vais et je n’ai jamais réussi à être servi.2. Le temps d’attente est pire qu’à l’urgence.3. Ne respectent pas les heures d’ouvertures indiquées.4. Stationnement et entrée/sortie vraiment inadéquat.J’aurais voulu mettre 0/5, mais on ne pouvait pas!

Ça fait plusieurs fois que je me présente à la banque pour changer ma carte et c toujours fermer. J y arrive et ça devais être ouvert mais non . C frustrant surtout que je dois me déplacer à pieds.

Terrible service! They are completely cold, and in some cases even mean to victims of fraud and domestic-violence. Every minor transaction was turned into a quick and uncomfortable and entirely unnecessary circus.I had been with this bank for over a dozen years, and this past year, every single visit, was unfriendly, and retraumatizing. Customer service was entirely and unapologetically useless.I was being penalized for doing the right thing, in reporting quickly transactions I didn't make to my account, and even though I was co-operative, and generously covered the cost of the damages to my account out of my own pocket not expecting to be reimbursed, and despite my loyalty, and overall good standing, Every transaction this year has just been a nightmare, from depositing a paycheck to paying for some Starbucks.I'm cutting ties with this bank now, because every human being deserves a little empathy and understanding especially in difficult situations. It's unfortunate because I was not expecting such heartless service. I'm making a lot of money now, and I no longer trust BMO with my money, and why should I?I've now changed banks, and the quality of service is night and day, and I have been offered, similar or better services for less, and have had only the best experiences so far somewhere else.I would not recommend BMO to anyone at all anymore. If you're considering BMO, I'd consider what the competitors are offering, because you can't put a price on good customer service and a smile. Your loyalty and good standing doesn't matter to BMO and once you become an inconvenience to them, they are eager to express and treat you as such.
