Very disappointed at the service they provide after buying a vehicule. I bought a 80 000$ vehicule. I noticed 2 parts weren’t functioning properly. It was under warranty. They took my car for 3 days and didnt fix anything. They told me they had to order the parts and that i had to come back in 2 weeks. No one called for a month and a half. When i called to inquire about the parts, they told me they forgot to call me. So i go back there to fix the parts. They lended me a buick for 6 days to repair the parts. The whole thing took 2 months. Very disappointed. Premium cars, premium pricing, mediocre service.

One of the major reasons why I love Jaguar Laval and why I will be buying my next car from them, is there service. Naf in the parts department once again has saved my life and got me the parts that I needed asap! I recommend anyone that is visiting other Jag dealers, to stop ASAP and run to Jaguar Laval, as their service is much better than any other dealer that I have visited previously, and I have visited alotttttt of them!

Super experience with the Range Rover Velar delivery process. Joe was exceptional in his knowledge and cordial manner that he presented the Velar features.He prepared my phone for accessing the Velar and removing the data from my end of lease Jaguar F-Pace. He answered my every question ably and professionally.

Got a flat yesterday morning, dropped in without an appointment. They called me pick it up within few hours and even washed Range Rover inside out. Excellent service and efficient.

I have owned my Jaguar F-Type 2015 ( bought used from Jaguar Laval ) for a few years and felt now is the time to write a review. When the car was purchased in 2018, the team was very helpful in the purchase process especially Eman. She urged me to consider certain extended warranties, which I took her advise, and happy I did. I bring it in for service as needed, and my contact is Darcy. He takes care of me every time and makes me feel like an important client. Bravo!
