First off there is a large German Sheppard to welcome you as you come in. The dog goes nuts! Im a dog owner myself, so not afraid of dogs but that animal is bound to bite someone! They act like your typical mechanic, first the service is good and prices are somewhat competitive. Then as you frequent the place and spend money, slowly they start to hike up the prices! Talk to the stock guy, he told me Fox farm big bloom 1 qrt is $35, go to pay owner tells me it's $60! Rediculous! I've seen it as low as $20-25 for the same size. They will only cut deals only if your Chinese. Terrible service, prices fluctuate depending on how owner feels annoying especially if you have to drive there. Can't stress on how terrible this place is!

Great selection of growing products. They have better prices on half the items and either same price or a few dollars more. Which I don't mind as I'd rather not go the 2-3 different stores

bad customer service .I checked the website it say they have my item in stock drove 20 minutes to the store than the told not in stock and they said their boss does not updates the website.
