This bank is a joke!! Freezing the money being sent to truckers!!! Definitely switching my financial institution!! Very disappointed in this Canadian bank!

Well talk about a total waste of time....I should have switched seats with the girl that was going to give us advise on a loan/mortgage for a new build. We have been customers for over 30 yrs...9 homes.She advised we would have our options by 5 Tues. Thursday 10am it arrived and she had been too busy to get back to us....what a joke.I actually was going to suggest that I sit behind her desk as I was giving all the suggestions.Go to RBC.......came home and they were amazing on top of things and so wonderful.TD is just a waste of time in our books now. Head office and total dim whits.

just in this branch. the teller was so slow people were giving up and walking out. i finally got yo the teller did the transaction and when done, in three or four minutes when she had spent twenty to thirty minutes in social conversations, i said see how fast it can be if you aren't having social conversations. she told me i was rude, and repeated it several times. amazingly poor service

This branch never calls me back to answer my questions/provide me with simple information. I always get told to leave my name/# but never receive a call back from anyone. May have to look at switching to a bank to provides customers with actual information.

Great location in downtown Moncton. I rarely visit the bank but this location proven very helpful whenever I do. Hours are great for folks that work during the day and wonderful staff who are eager to help. Very happy thus far.

One of the worst branch with unprofessional staff in Canada. Don’t waste your time applying for anything from this branch. Everytime you go ask for something, staff will take your number, but will never call you back. I wish google has option for 0 star. Also going to complain to their head office as well.

This is a terrible bank. Sold my house and they told me I couldn’t use any of the money for a week!!!!!. After about 30 minutes of pleading with them, this red headed manager tells me to calm down I’m being rude! All because I need the money to buy another property so I am not homeless. That is all you can say for your terrible service to customers who have been with TD for over 20 years. I’m glad I won’t be back to this location ever.

Rudd staff. Just keep telling you anything to get you off the phone. Claimed she put me on hold to check on my issue and came back 5 minutes later and said she was not able to help. I deposited a company paycheck and its from another of thier clients. 7 days and 12 calls still wont release funds and they took their monthly fee no issue.
