Love Dr. Arshad!. She is very thorough and has great people skills. She has been my GP for a few years now. (previous one retired). Glad that I found her.

Zero stars if I could. Don't know if I should be blaming Dr.Arshad or the receptionists but I have been waiting for documents to be sent to my extended benefits provider for disability for 2 years now and on top of that I've had to move 5 hours away and I need the files from 5 years of specialists / testing and hospital information that are detrimental to trying to improve my health sent to my new doctor but yet trying to contact dr arshad's office is impossible even after 8 requests from my new doctor. They also said it will cost me 50$ for my own files which I was willing in the beginning but they wanted me to drive 5 hours just to get them. Now I've sent them a form to allow a family member to pick up for me and nobody is at the office when he gets there. They are apparently closing the office 30 mins to an hour early... This is disgusting

Absolutely perfect doctor. Great with punctuality, knowledge and following up.

Waited a hour past my appointment to request on the phone I needed a full body examination only to be sent home and told I need to rebook. Waste of time. Going to find a new doctor.

Dr. Arshad is very kind, polite, detailed and efficient. She’s knowledgeable and takes time with her patients to explain her treatment plans.You don’t easily find dr.’s of this quality, she’s a gold standard for a medical practitioner. I recommend her to friends and family because she strives for medical excellence.

Dr. Arshad is very patient and professional. She would take time to ask for more details and give good recommendations for next steps. Highly recommended!
