The best part of the morning was helping a homeless man get a coffee, and the young lady behind the counter was so patient and showed kindness and understanding , I asked him if he was hungry, he was , and so i bought him a breakfast trio, we rang it up, and it was on my way, Great Morning

This came highly recommended by my coworker Stephen Norris while visiting Montreal. Best burger in the province he told me, and dang was he right. The pickles were a delightful touch. Going to go back to get several for bringing home with me to share with my team. They’re in for a treat!

This location at Central Station says they open at 630am. They never open their doors until almost 7am.One morning with over 10 customers waiting they come to door at 650 and say 'sorry we arent opening today until 730 due to cleaning'After having lined up for 20 minutes to buy food or breakfast this is not cool. Zero communication and now some waiting for connections to their trains have no time to get any food or coffee.This location used to be way better than this. It has since gone down the toilet. Come on McDonald's!!!As for dine in or take out: never got in!What did i get? SFA.All aboard!

I'm used to the usual long lines and wait time but 25 minutes for a coffee and it's been ready for at least 5 minutes on the counter and not handing it over is excessive. I had to leave because my train was 3 minutes before departure.Even in the big morning rush where I also order food isn't this long

My order got lost, details follow.On Thu. Apr. 6 at 09:19am EDT I made the order #1641 on one of the self-service machines. After waiting for 20 minutes (I checked my phone clock) the staff still had not called my order, and so I went to the order delivery person who said they haven't seen it on their screen.The delivery are was busy that morning with many customers waiting around it.So I waited for another 10 minutes just to be sure. I then went to the cashier to ask for help, but she said, sorry

I used the self-service kiosk at the Via Rail station. After I paid, I found the printer didn't work and I didn't get an order number. So as I joined the zoo of people waiting for their order number to be called out, I was one of the people who had no number. Eventually, the staff sorted it out, so my criticism is not of the human staff bit of the technology they're using.Food and atmosphere as expected expected.

We looked for a fast food before my wife go to take her exam in Pearson Vue in the next building. This McDonald's we found and not a busy fast food. Ordered Happy meal for my daughter and burgers for me and my wife. In just a few minutes I got my order. Friendly staff.

I really wanted Mcnuggets, and guess what? They had them, but service was very slow and the restaurant just didn't look clean.
