Bois & Cuir Saint-Antoine

We were so excited for our furniture order from Bois & Cuir, however, the week it was supposed to ship we got an email that our bed was delayed by over 2 months! Understandable to have supplier problems with COVID, however we had already waited one month for the bed, and I have seen some COVID delays, but none quite this long. As well, there was no offer from the company to help in any way- no offer to send another bed, no offer of a discount or coupon. Just “sorry your bed is delayed by 2-3 months”.We now have to start from scratch finding a bed as we can’t wait that long (currently sleeping on the floor). Really disappointed as we were planning to buy night stands and a table as well, however we will have to go with another company given the customer service issues we experienced :(

Lovely store for decorating your place.

I god the mosaic dresser 9 drawer and we are so not impressed by it , especially the inoperable and very small drawers . The design and functionality very inefficient :( unfortunate , since we liked the looks of it only . Not to mention it took 4 MONTHS for it to arrive of course after paid in full …..

STAY AWAY! We have been waiting for our couch since June 30th. We keep being provided with a new “ETA” after having to call the company. Manager does not respond to phone calls. Completely unacceptable and terrible service. Something fishy happening with this company. Save your time and energy.

Be careful, this company may be going bankrupt or is acting fraudulently. 7 months and still no couch - I ordered a couch in early august, to which I expected some delivery delays and was told the order would arrive in October - Multiple follows ups to the store and head office, where I was provided a date of a couple weeks" for delivery of a couch I had ordered. Following up on the expected delivery date

I really don't like giving bad reviews but this is what happened.... I ordered two pieces July 10, it is now Nov 29 and I still haven't received them. They don't have stock for one of the pieces but refused to send me the other item that they do have first, since free shipping is offered for $699. I reached out to them and their customer service is very pleasant but politely refused to send me the piece they do have in stock. But this is not my fault that one of the pieces is not in stock and yet their system allowed me to order it online.

While I had a great experience, I'm giving it four stars as there were a few minor areas for improvement. Nonetheless, I would definitely consider Bois & Cuir for my future furniture needs.

As the name states, it's very much wood and leather furniture. Quality looks good, the selection as well. It's very western, woodsy, lots of skulls, dark and textured type of furniture. Doesn't look cheap.There are 3 floors and the prices are quite good considering the level of design and hopefully quality (seems quality from what I've seen/touched).

Terrible company with awful customer service. Avoid at all costs. Bought a couch in January was supposed to be in stock by June 30. Its November and still no sign. I’ve called multiple times and each time they keep giving me a new date without any further explanation. They don’t even seem to be concerned and take no action to investigate as to why there are so many delays. Apparently they can’t even track the shipment/container that the goods are in. Oh and staff members aren’t even properly trained and have given me false information as well. Save your time and money and go support a business that actually care about its customers
