MPI Print

Lovely place, great staff, the service and quality is amazing! Best printing company I know, would recommend.

We had an outdoor banner printed, and here were the list of issues:- They were late by 3 days to have it printed- We asked for 200 long

The absolute worst printing company that I have dealt with in over 30 years! I have been publishing a bi-weekly publication for over 30 years. The last printing company i was using went out of business and I had to scramble to find a printer. I (had) been with MPI for around 1 1/2 years and 9 out of 10 times they were late by hours or even days at times. Their customer service is almost non-existent! The owner of the company would not even return my phone call. Their new plant in Mississauga is the messiest and most disorganized operation that I have ever seen.They seem to be a little cheaper than most quotes I got, but you will pay the price in the end with overall terrible customer experience that you will experience. I would not recommend these clowns to anyone. (0 Stars - but I had to put 1 to post).

If I could give them a zero I would. They took the order, I paid for it & I get the call just before it is due saying, BTW we can't honour that price, it is now almost double if you want it. I then ask for my money back & they will see if that is possible. Just the kind of company I want to continue doing business with

Unfortunately I have to concur with the majority of reviews left for this company. Heed the warnings avoid at all costs. We had a fixed due date and a promised ship date which was missed by 6 business days. Even on their invoice it said 'Must Ship by this Date' when discussed they said it was a production note! Hilarious as that is the terms we agreed and therefore sent the job to them. Obviously the due date was missed and we had to print a partial for the client in order to keep them satisfied. Not only was it late but the quality was not up to par. Marks on pages not in file, some of the sheets had 3-4" cut slices

Drivers if u can do this then come here for loads there is no proper loading bay

I have been using MPI for well over 10 years and they now have the absolute worst customer service you can get from a Trade Printer! I thought Boss Logo and Weststar were bad. They are quite rude when you call to enquire why your job is five days late, and don't expect a reply if you email them, as they can't be bothered to respond.Switch to Sina Printing if you want a have decent job and delivered on time.

MPI Print is the worst company to deal with in Canada. Very Unprofessional Staff, Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service Probably they should close down their printing press. They take no responsibility for screwing up your job. All my other printers always reprint the job correctly if you are not satisfied but these guys don't care about their customers. I printed 10,000 brochures for $40 less then my regular printer supplier cost but it was the worst decision i made in my life. Brochures i received were washed out and look cheap quality. They wanted me to pay again to print with right colours. STAY AWAY. DON'T GET FOOLED BY CHEAP PRICES. WORST QUALITY PRODUCTS. People giving 5 stars probably their own staff.

This company is the best in business for volume printing, I have been working with them since 2001. MPI is the largest trade printer; they deliver high quality books, flyers and signs without hassle. Thank you, MPI team!
