My roof was severly damaged from the windstorms last year and I had another roofing company fix some shingles. To my dismay the fix was temporary and left a big hole in my roof, I called Roofers Richmond Hill and they came and did an inspection of my roof and gave me 2 options, either to replace or fix the roof. After hearing what they had to say I went with the roof replacement since my roof was getting close to 15 years old. They also gave me a great rate and I am happy with how my new roof looks.

He was professional, knowledgeable and transparent with his recommendations on replacing the roof shingles and installing two sloped roof ventilators, to help circulate air in the attic. Conrad and his team came through for my roofing job. The work was done on one of the hottest days of the year and yet they were thorough and conscientious right down to the clean up. Conrad is a very polite and professional to person to deal with. They were also highly competitive compared to other roofing companies. I highly recommend using their services!

I'm giving 0 star. I had to call 3 times before someone answered my phone. Made an appointment for the next day visit and a quote. However, they showed up on the same day without calling or confirming. I guess no issue there. But the worst part is, they came, they checked and left without informing or giving any quotes. Never heard back or got any quote from this company. This is my experience, you decide what you like to do.
