Steve was a great communicator in advance of our appointment, arrived early, and made the repair of our AC unit quick and painless. On top of that, he helped us learn a lot while here and we now are better equipped with knowledge on how to better maintain our unit going forward as well. Would highly recommend!!

Five star customer service! Our ac broke down in the middle of some of the hottest temperatures on record. BGS came out the same day we called and went out of their way to find a part we needed to ensure we had our air conditioning up running that same day. Discovered in the middle of the night that my ACQuit working on the hottest week of the year.( Highs of 44 cel) Phoned several companies and left messages. No call backs.Steve at BGS Hunt was the only one that I could reach and he made an extra effort to come and diagnose my problem. Could not be happier with the service and the outcome. Would not hesitate to call him again.

Steve came over to analyse our gas line configuration for our natural gas bbq. It is a high end bbq and we did not think we were going to be able to hook it up but instead would have to use a propane tank and Steve analysed the situation in about 10 minutes and told us we were good to go and he did this for free. I have put him in my contacts for future regarding the many areas of his expertise and we will definitely use him again in the future. Thanks Steve

Excellent job! Steve upgraded our old furnace to a high efficient system researching to make sure we could take advantage of the Fortis rebate with 95.5% efficiency in our mobile home. He also Installed an air conditioning unit all for an excellent price and in great time. He was very personable & pleasant taking the time to answer my questions and explain how everything works and its maintenance. He realized we needed an upgrade to our panel so referred us to an electrician. He informed us that our gas meter had a leak in it and I was able to contact Fortis to fix it immediately. I would refer him to anyone who needs any HVAC work done.

Steve did a fantastic job for us! It was a pretty extensive job as we were upgrading an older home that previously only had electric heat and hot water and we upgraded everything to natural gas. He ran all the supply lines from the new gas meter for the new furnace, water heater, BBQ, gas range. The ductwork for the furnace and cold air return was pretty tricky with this house but Steve came up with a great plan and did a fantastic job installing all the ductwork. Since we were doing a new furnace we added the A/C at the same time! He did the installation of the furnace, A/C, on-demand hot water system, and some plumbing work and it’s been great!! Installation looks really good, such a clean install. We had received other quotes for this work but Steve’s quote included far better equipment for the same price!

Steve managed to fit us in at the end of the day and worked late to get our AC repair done. We realize businesses try to stick to their hours of operation but even on a very busy day he didn't reschedule and still showed up. We really appreciated it, especially when we’ve got pets and it's been so hot out.

Had Steve from BGS Hunt install/relocate a new furnace and new A/C. Very professional. Great price. He even did a few small things that weren't in the quote, and didn't charge extra!Highly recommend!Will be passing his name on to anyone in need.
