I needed help training my new Bernese puppy cause he was getting big so fast and Jenna was sooo helpful!!! With her tips I was able to teach my dog to be so polite, not to pull on his leash, and to always listen to me/come back when called!!! She is so knowledgeable and her approach is so loving and humane which i think is super important! She's always there for help if I need it and it is definitely good value for all the info and help that comes with her program!!

We were so impressed with the care our geriatric, special needs cat received from Infinite Pets over the 11 days we were away, that we booked another 12 day overnight stay just days after returning from the first one! We were referred to Jenna the owner of Infinite Pets through a friend and we couldn't be happier. The biggest thing is she is very relatable. I took the Foundations II class due to the age of my puppy and it was extremely helpful. After the first class and our puppies first time out I felt uneasy about how we would progress. I had a private call with Jenna she re-assured me that this was very normal and a great teach-able moment for our puppy. After the call I felt more confident that my puppy's play style was something she had to learn as well. I quickly booked Jenna for a private training session and was very pleased. Everything from recommendations on particular toys, dog toothpaste, and walking me through preparing her for a vet exam. I will be booking private session more often to fine tune behaviour and attending the next Foundations class. Highly recommend Jenna and her company.

I was referred to Infinite Pets by a friend who had nothing but good things to say about them. After an initial meeting I had no concerns about having Jenna visit my home daily to look after my cats while I was away for an extended period. Jenna was flexible with arrangements and updated me regularly. I have nothing but good things to say about the services offered and how Jenna looked after my pets. We have taken multiple courses through Jenna/Infinite Pets and have always loved her approach to training (positive reinforcement) as well as her teaching style. Our dog has benefitted as well, going from being a rambunctious puppy who could not sit still to being able to stay in place and wait patiently for a long time. I highly recommend Infinite Pets to anyone looking to get started with their puppy or looking to dust up on skills with their adult dog. We hope to continue classes with Jenna as our dog ages!

Jenna has been excellent to work with and has been huge help in getting my rambunctious puppy to listen and behave better. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring and good at working through problems with each dog individually to find solutions that work for both the dog and owner! I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a dog trainer!

My husband and I are avid travellers and have always had cats. We have entrusted our cats to Jenna for the past 10 years and we never worry about them when we are away. She has always taken excellent care of them, including brushing them and giving one of our cats an injection for her kidney disease in the past. It is such a bonus that Jenna is a vet technologist. Currently, our 2 cats love Jenna, which we can tell by the pictures she sends us. We have gone on extended holidays and have done a combination of daily visits and overnights, which has worked very well. Along with such kind animal care, Jenna is also great about bringing in mail, watering plants and tidying our home before our return. Such a wonderful service that takes the stress out of pet care when travelling!

Highly recommend these classes! We found Jenna through our vet, and as first time dog owners we’ve now taken several classes and found them to be very informative and fun. Jenna’s helped us immensely with managing our dog, and has supplied us with the know-how to confidently navigate life with our furry friend.

I adopted my dog Bodhi from a local Humane Society in December, 2022. He had been a stray and was very fearful. His biggest fear was my car - once I got him home he was too scared to go near it again. My vet recommended Jenna, who is both an experienced veterinary technician and a gifted behaviourist and trainer. We began private training sessions with Jenna in January - and I don’t know where we’d be without her! In our first session, Bodhi was nervous in the garage and would barely even approach the car. Jenna assessed our situation, Bodhi’s (and my) behaviour, and developed a step-by-step plan for us. Fast forward three months and several sessions later - my dog is now eager to jump into the car - and we’ve begun travelling short distances to explore nearby parks. It’s opened up a whole new world for us! My dog is happier and I’m seeing his anxiety melt away. I love Jenna’s fear-free, calm, gentle approach. She is intuitive, has a wealth of knowledge and is generous in sharing valuable insights, tips and advice to enhance a dog’s well-being. I’m looking forward to continuing our work with Jenna as Bodhi and I progress - and would love to attend her group classes in future. Highly recommended - I would give 10 stars if I could!

Brittany at Infinite Pets took such great care of our Jasper while we were away. We could enjoy our holiday knowing he was at home in good hands and even got cute pics and updates of their walking adventures together.
