Our Condo Board hired Matt(Advanced Asphalt) to fill cracks, patch & Seal coat. Matt’s price was better than the competitors and he is very easy to deal with. A business man who wants to please the customer. He made an effort in returning and filling some extra cracks at no charge. His patch work was nice and level. My experience with Scott and his guys was great from the first call, until the job was completed and the barricades were removed. Matt and Nick showed up at the promised time and went straight to work. I live in a condo complex in Martensville and we had 2 parking lots (front and back), that needed to be resealed, approx 7500 sq ft. They pressure washed, prepped and had both lots resealed by late afternoon. Not only was Matt the person who came out and provided me with the quote, but he was also the one who came and did the work, so there were no surprises for him and no addons or extras, when I received my invoice, it was the same amount as quoted. The guys were very friendly, polite and professional. They knew what they were doing and were cautious while doing it. Being on the condo board, I needed to get a number of quotes, before any large project can be approved. The quote I received from them was very competitive, in fact it was one the best. I would recommend their services to anyone and we will definitely be using them again. Great job guys.
