I am extremely disappointed with this delivery service. The driver arrived with my delivery 5 hours late. Several items I ordered were missing from the delivery or substituted for different items, without any input from me. Although the value of my delivery was about $50 less than what I ordered, the delivery man charged me the same amount before I could figure out that he did not bring everything I requested. The worst part is the customer service. I have been trying to contact someone to deal with the problems with my delivery for two days now, and I am being ignored, both by email and by phone.I will never use this delivery service again. Terrible service!

Despite all the negative reviews I decided to give it a try. Everything worked out fine - my order was delivered in a little less than 2 hours. The staff on the phone seemed friendly. Not sure what those negative reviews are all about..

Terrible customer service. I ordered through Drinkrunnr in Cambridge. They state order will be delivered within 2 hours. After 2 1/2 hours called and was given the excuse it was the weather. If a Canadian driver can’t handle a literal dusting of snow he shouldn’t be driving. Finally showed up after 2 hrs 45 minutes and it was wrong order. He left to get correct order and I’m still waiting 4 hours later from time order was placed. Called to complain and the excuse was the driver had 8 other orders to pick up from LCBO when he had to exchange mine and then deliver them. As this was their mistake my order should have taken priority. Will never use again and will advise others the same. Definitely would not recommend.

The lady operating their telephone line is unbelievably rude. It got to the point where I started wondering why is she behaving like this: is it because she can't hear me or is she really this crass? She seems to think that she is running a charity and needs to understand that she has no right to misbehave with paying customers calling in good faith. Just terrible!

Plenty of negative reviews here. I imagine people might be more inclined to share a negative experience so I decided to show the other side.I ordered online and called to confirm my order since it was my first time. The person on the phone was very friendly and helpful, ensuring me me order would be delivered in about an hour and that I would be notified if there was any issue (I only needed it to arrive within 4-5 hours). The driver arrived about 40 minutes after I ordered, followed all instructions to the letter, followed all Covid precautions, and was exceptionally friendly and polite all along.Overall I had an entirely positive experience ordering from this company and was provided with service above and beyond what I expected.

Longest I've ever had to wait was 2 hours after 15+ orders, great customer service, call me and ask for substitutes when I screw up and don't check inventory properly, saves me way more money than having to uber to LCBO.Absolute godsend in Waterloo

Absolutely shameful customer service. Placed my order online, it said it would be an hour. After an hour and a half I called. The CSR said she would call dispatch. She returned about 10 minutes later and told me that the dispatcher called us and told us that there was no driver in our central Toronto area so there would be no delivery. We received no call, she dug her heels in and ask me why he would say that then? I rebutted with, if he had called, why would I be calling you? I told her he was a liar, she became abusive and rude and finally hung up on me. DO NOT USE THESE LIARS!

I would rate this zero stars if possible. Ordered beer at 3pm, website states within 1 hour. I called after 2 hours, she said she would call me back. Waited another hour to find out they were closed and the voice mail said if you ordered it

Ordered a specific scotch. Guy arrives with one I did not order, says they did not have the one I wanted and ordered, then tries to charge me for the one he bought because its the same brand. I say I won't be paying for it since its not the one I ordered or want nor did he call to ask if he can substitute. He then starts screaming (not wearing a mask during covid) at me that I have to pay and its not his fault they didn't have it. Didn't say it was.... but I don't want the random one you picked up.Anyways, he slams the door and says to never order again. I won't.

Don't bother with this company. I've ordered from them twice. The first time one item. I was called after a couple of minutes and told the item was out if stock and the order was cancelled. (It wasn't out of stock as on had checked the LCBO inventory online). The second order was today. 2 items. I had checked the LCBO closest to me, I'd phoned them to check inventory. Both items were in stock. This guy, the same one from the first order, called me and said it was cancelled because the items were out if stock. Interesting to note he was annoyed from the start. Why? Idk. Maybe he was annoyed that I made an order? I told him this happened last time. I asked calmly, are you guys open for business? Thinking perhaps they weren't because of COVID. He said yes. I then started saying I checked with LCBO that the items are in stock. Before I could finish, he hung up on me while yelling at me that I was wrong. I phoned back. I asked why he would treat a customer this way. He yelled and said they don't need a customer like me and hung up on me again. I phoned back again, and calmly told him that I had phoned the LCBO (providing the address of which one) he said good then you go there yourself" and hung up on me again!!! What?!? Lol. This is hilarious. Are they even a delivery service? Haha. Anyway that guy on the phone was so rude. Like unprovoked rudeness. Yikes."
