Most of their video games are broken and the return policy as big of a hassle. Don’t waste your money here or your time go elsewhere.

Not recommend. This place sells broken stuff and doesn’t return it instead they’ll kick you out of the store. Very disrespectful to customers.

The owner took advantage of my kids and sold them a broken Nintendo. When I went back for a refund the guy tried to give me the runaround. Kicked me outside of the store, called the police on me, very disrespectful, dishonest, and not recommended at all. Very hungry owner.

About 2 years ago I was having issues with the bottom screen of a 3ds XL and brought it in for repairs - costed about $150 and just a few weeks ago it has already stopped working. I was told their warranty only lasts 6 months. The system hasn’t been dropped or stored improperly.how can the original screen last over 8 years and the repair last less than 2? I’m quite disappointed. The selection of games they have is great but I would not recommend the repair service to anyone.Edit: I would like to clarify that I understand that the warranty is over and they won’t repair it for free - that is understandable. I also understand that 2 years would be a lot for warranty so I get that as well. I’m simply disappointed that a repair I spent a considerable amount of money on as a gift to someone didn’t even make it to the 2 year mark. The repair clearly was not sufficient enough as it’s the same problem they were paid to fix.

Owner and the 2 other employees there have been nothing but respectful and honest to both me and my family. Have always shopped at this store and will continue to shop here for many years to come. I have never had any issues with trades, selling, and buying. My 6 year old son loves to visit the shop.

Horrible Service!!! Over a week ago my son went to purchase a Nintendo Controller, the store didn't had any Sony branded controller however my son bought a different brand. When he got home and started using the controller he instantly notice a delayed response in using it. Next day 29th May he went to take the controller to the store seeking a refund. The Manger said he cannot refund him he only can get a store credit. I called the store instead of doing the ethically thing which is to refund him, the manager hid behind store policy. He then gave me an email address to HR saying that i have to go through them to get a refund.One Week and one email later NO REFUND and the store still doesn't have and Nintendo controller in stock. Don't waste your time at this store they have no regards what so ever to you as a customer. So my son is unable to play his game as my money is tied up with this store until whenever they decides to re stock. Awful experience and this could be the only game shop in the city I will NEVER again spend my money there.

Owner isn’t honest and doesn’t disclose all information about the things he sells. Will never show up here again.

I really like final boss video games, Their prices arent bad, the people are very nice to me, I may come back on my 14th birthday in August

This store is crazy in a bad way. $40 to even give my controller to their repair tech for him to give me a quote, then if I'm not happy with the quote they'll refund the $40, and if I'm happy with the quote then the $40 gets taken off the repair costs. I'M NOT PAYING $40 TO GET A QUOTE, I DON'T CARE IF ITS REFUNDABLE OR NOT. I DON'T HAVE $40 TO PAY FOR A QUOTE. QUOTES SHOULD BE FREE, THEN THE CUSTOMER SHOULD PAY IF THEY WANT THE SERVICE. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY TO EVEN BE TOLD HOW MUCH MORE I HAVE TO PAY.
