Awful!!I asked for a new hair ponytail because that was displayed one and looked dirty and I believe that all the customers tried on it .and he refused to give me a new one and He said it's new...and again I asked for another one, and he said the same thing..there was another customer asked him for a new one. he said we have a new one. I felt bad about the way he treated differently each person..but unfortunately, I bought it, because I need it. I will never go back for shop. I believe that nobody sells display stuff to a customer.

Thanks to Ritzy Wigs shop I got a really nice extensions and fringe! The lady working at the front desk was very nice and allowed me to try on the wigs, extension and fringe i was looking at. The products I bought were great, they fit my hair color and look natural. The only thing I would be careful of is that the prices aren't really displayed so be careful because the price of some of the wigs easily go in the 100 of dollars, other than that if i ever need wigs or anything like that i know where to go :)
