I booked a last minute appointment with Geena, it was my first time at this hair salon and Geena did not disappoint. Her knowledge, experience and expertise far exceeds any hairstylist I have ever worked with. Ive been dying my hair blonde for over 15 years and she makes it look easy. Geena is highly professional, extremely easy to get along with and takes a lot of pride in her work. She listens to her customers wants and provides her clients with the best experience she can. I booked an appointment to get my hair washed and styled for a wedding. 15 minutes after my appointment time, the stylist was not close to being finished with the client they were working on and they were definitely taking their time. I asked if anyone else could start since I was on a bit of a tight schedule. The receptionist was very kind and called the other salons in the mall. Someone there was available which was good but it was at the complete opposite end of the mall. It was about 40 minutes after my appointment time before things were getting started so it was frustrating and disappointing since I made sure to book an appointment ahead of time.

I did a walk in on Monday morning. Was looking for a very particular cut. Jamie was my stylist and I have to say 100% the absolute best stylist I have ever been to in my life. She listened to what I want and did not try and push my in another direction like other stylists have done. Came out with the EXACT look I came in for. Will recommend and return when I need my next cut.

Went here yesterday had a colour and cut done. The lady I had was amazing. I truly loved the colour and cut. Thank you for the great service.

Staff is super friendly and very skilled. The store has a variety of hair products that you can buy following the advice and guidance of your hairdresser

My daughter Emily went to Natural Solutions in the Oshawa Centre for colour correction (lift) this month. They did a horrible blotched job and charged her $300 for it! (She then had to pay to get it fixed at another salon!) If I had been with her I would have refused to pay. They should be ashamed that they charged her and let her leave like that! We were both clients there, but not anymore.

Sonia did a wonderful job cutting my hair. She was able to cut it just how I wanted and provided good suggestions along the way. Great service.

Ask for Mary she is the ABSOLUTE BEST hair dresser. She has been my hairdresser for 9 years now and I would never go to anyone else. You get exactly what you come in for, she's always sweet and truly connects with her clients. I don't get my hair cut very often, but she ALWAYS remembers all the little details in stories I've told her. My hair never gets split ends, however I never apply any heat to it. If I could I'd give this 6 stars purley based on the atmosphere she creates.

Natalie is absolutely amazing, she really knows what she is doing when it comes to hair, she is by far the best hairdresser I have ever been to. Thank you Natalie!!
