easyhome Rent to Own

No compassion! my wife and I never missed payments. Judy from Easyhome told me my wife's loan payments will stop, because she passed away and i started the claim for the insurance on the loan. Without notifying me the payments will continue, so then the 1st came around n Easyhome/Assurant took out 2 payments! That $ was meant for my Van's Insurance! So if Judy from easyhome tells you payments will stop, don't take their word for it! I have 5 children to raise including a new born, all under 12 years old. Plus I'm on a fixed income! Now without a van Easyhome just made life harder, and without any compassion from Assurant! because Easyhome n Assurant took The Van's Insurance payment $, it had a domino's affect, now out of the Baby n Grandkids $ I have to pay for the NSF charge on my Van's Insurance payment! hope I make it this month? No thanks to Easyhome n Assurant!thanks for returning payments and NSF Feess
