Went here for a muay thai trial session a few months ago and it was just a fitness cardio class. No technical instructions, and no feedback on whether I’m executing a technique properly. The owner was sitting aside on his phone the whole time and only talked to me at the end of the class to discuss payments. Needless to say I won’t be going back as I don’t see any possible improvements training like this.

Want to train with absolute savages? this is the place! Professor Mike Martelle has build a great place to train martial arts. Amazing seminars and guest instructors. For beginners to advanced this is the place to go in Kingston!
