Update - The new battery worked perfectly for only 5 months. Then it suddenly wouldn't hold a charge. I had to get another battery installed. Since it was over the 3 month warranty period I paid full price minus $10.I went to their downtown location just off of 17Ave. on 16th Ave. With a new battery and charging ports, my phone charges faster and keeps it's charge longer than when the phone was new! These people work quickly so your phone is not out of commission very long, only 1 or 2 days. Excellent work, excellent service, excellent parts. I highly recommend this place and it's friendly staff.

The place is good to get your phone repaired. I got my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE screen repaired in less than 2 hours, and it's been 3 weeks, and it's working perfectly fine. The place interiors are not that great, but honestly, that doesn't matter since your work gets done by professionals.

CaseMogul is most impressive ,custumer service is incredible.I walked in and was immediatly taken care of and my cell-phone repaired .My phone was repaired in a few minutes and no charges or fees, I tried to make a payment but they refused any payment .I haven't experienced service like this in a long time.I will not hesitate coming here with any of my cell-phone ,tablet or laptop for any problems .CaseMogal has my complete confidence,and recommend them to all.

I was helped yesterday by Jimmy because my phone had a nasty virus on it. He was very patient and kind during the whole time. I felt completely at ease while he worked. He was professional and helpful. He didn't charge me for the service as he could see I was in a tight spot. I would come to him anytime for tech support.
