Visited about a hour ago and I'm honest to God Disgusted with the attitude of the ladies working tonight. They were talking down about other employees, mentioning how they will likely give a great review to the manager for Summer" but not for the other girls. Then went into detail about how poor "Gabby" does. This was least of the horrific comments that were made today. When I entered

Came here with my girlfriend so she could grab a few things. They had just received a large order of stock and hadn't gotten it all out on the floor yet which is reasonable. Summer took the time to listen to my girlfriends requests and look through the back stock and provided great service bringing things out and keeping our safety in mind. Great work, thanks!

Staff was so rude! My daughter and I came in and because of my medical reasons, I need to wear a different type of mask, which apparently they were not okay with. I am actually mask exempt, but I found a mask that I can actually work with. My concern is what would have been better for them specifically? Not wearing a mask at all, or the mask that I was wearing, because these girls were so immature that I dont think It would have been different either way. This is not the first time this has happened.I have never had any issues at any other store or restaurant anywhere in the city, until I walk into this store! They didn't question me about it or anything and if they did I would have politely explained it to them, but instead they decided to gather with eachother on multiple occasions during my visit and talk negatively about me. There were 3 girls working at this specific time and I believe one of them was even the manager. They obviously didn't realize that my daughter and I both could hear them. I honestly believe they should all be fired. That's not how they should be treating customers. Making them feel bad for having a disability. I used to shop here every time I needed something. Now I won't be going back because of immature and rude staff unless I can see an obvious change in staff. Maybe consider hiring more mature people and not people in or just out of high school with no life experience in respect for others. Hiring based on looks is effecting you store clientele.

Poor customer service! Went there yesterday, the lady that first greeted us and helped me was kind but the other employee was very rude! I did a exchange and they ended up owing me small amount of money and suggested I buy something else instead cause they can’t owe me money!!! I said it is okay and I don’t need that back so the other employee came to do the process and acted very rudely. Won’t be back to this branch in the future!

The sales associates were friendly and helpful. My sizes were in stock. A pleasant experience!

The manager at this store is amazing! I went in to return a defective bra and she positively accepted the exchange. She reassured me that if this happens again they would assist me in another exchange!

Everyone I spoke to in this store were very entitled. Did not care that I came in from out of town to shop for some desperately needed bras after having a baby. Very disappointed with this service as I could not get help. I was dismissed. Met with dirty looks. Rude remarks and overall bad service. I am deeply dissatisfied and will not be returning back to this location. Would not recommend this store.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Me and my friends were waiting 15 minutes outside patiently for a worker to let us into the store as many people had left. A older lady disregarded that there was a line outside and no one in the store told her she had to wait when there was a line outside. After four people had left we decided to go in. As soon as we went in the store the associates star d yelling at us. We nicely explained that we were counting the amount of people who had left and were sure that enough people had left the store in order for us to enter the store. Overall terrible experience I will never be shopping at this store again as the associates have terrible customer service and are not monitoring the amount of people in the store whatsoever. Do not shop at this store.

Terrible. I bought 7 pairs of underwear. After about the 2nd or 3rd wash they started to fray and fall apart. I emailed the company about this and the one lady told me to return them. Then she passed me off to someone else regarding the return process and she said I would not be able to return them since they have been worn (which I completely understand), didnt have the tags on anymore, and I no longer had the receipt. This makes sense but that is where the communication ended. Very poor online customer service. I refuse to shop at any of their stores anymore
