Unequivocally, the worst convenience store I have ever encountered in my 36 years of life. They purport to be open 24 hours yet every night they seem to close for a few hours as the staff lock the door and won't serve customers. As a night shift worker this is terrible for me as there's nothing else open after 11pm in my neighborhood and there's nothing worse than being denied service at 3am because some punk thinks he's too cool for school. Complaining to the manager changed nothing. This store is a testament to the decline of modern day customer service, avoid at all costs! The Tim Hortons in the store also offers extremely slow service and poor product quality.Just a terrible waste of space and resources.

Advertise as a night and day shop but it is not.Wish I could put 0 stars

This gas station is incredibly inefficient, and the most chaotic station in this part of the city. While prices are great, there is absolutely no order to the flow of traffic to the pumps, in or out of the station. A simple reorganization of one way flow in and out and through the pumps would be very easy and reduce the level of frustration . PLEASE take action and we would all be happier and it would improve your business!!!!

Who does inventory in the middle of rush hour
