Hi,My 17 year old son and I came into branch 0823 15 min prior to closing, with an urgent request to unblock his online account access. This was his first credit card, and he was unsure what to do. She was so helpful, kind, accommodating, and reassuring. This is my first interaction with BMO, but I was so pleased with Ramsha making us feel important.Thank you so much for making a stressful situation better!Kelly

This branch is in very convenient location on the corner of Glen and High street.Normally it gets busy so book an appointment if you want to visit a specialist.Paid street parking is available.Also there are two ATM available in this branch. Securely located in hallway of branch and the hall has AC which makes the visit more pleasant.Usually ATMs are not busy.ATM is closed from 11pm to 6am.This branch does not have drive through.

Do not waste your time to be there or make an appointment. Arranged a phone appointment in person. A day before the appointment: Double checked if this can be done over the phone. Got confirmation that it can be done. One the appointment day/time: Got a phone call saying that she cannot process this at this over the phone. Ridiculous! Wasted of my time + changing words. Not trustworthy. I really do not recommend this branch!

I am so impressed by the Korea lady I forgot to ask her name, I want to thank her for providing my account information including SWIFT code and home branch address I need to provide to the sender from US in order to complete a wire transfer. Her professional service is great. I was in the High St branch around 3:20pm on Oct 1.

I visited this branch today to get some statements that were not showing up on my online banking and there was a long line. However, the branch manager, Ji Baek, came to the line and started asking people in line to see if she can help out. And I think that’s very admirable. Im sure she had a lot on her plate, but the fact that she puts customers first and goes out of her way to clear the line says a lot about her.She did help me with my statement quickly. She should be a role model to all other BMO and other bank managers.Thank You Ji

I went to this branch a few days ago to order a new Debit card.One of the staff, Ginger, she went far and beyond to help me. She didn't have to, she could easily ask me to do the things she did for me myself. I want to thank her and say that I've never received such a great service at a bank before. Thank you!

Friendly staffs and really pay attention to clients.I came in with an appointment, was confused because there was no one in the front to give some instructions.However, one of the staffs noticed it and offered me for helps. She then contacted with the staff in charge and everything was going smoothly.
