Very disappointed! Two months to do a day's work. Had a verbal agreement on price which he broke. Poor attention to detail. Excavated clay, installed a French drain, and then covered it back up with clay again. Rocks all over the garden and not removed.

I had John seal my basement a few years ago and he was great. I can't help but wonder if he's experiencing a manpower issue like everyone else and took on too much. I'm sure all will get sorted out with everyone. John was a stand up guy in my experience.

My basement leaked from every wall. 4 years after bondseal filled foundation cracks, installed new weeping tile, window wells and regraded, my basement is still bone dry!

I hired John in Sept. 2020 to waterproof my farmhouse basement. It was supposed to take about 8 weeks. After 10 months of delays, excuses, and damages to my property, I had no choice but to fire him and have someone else finish the job.John is very personable but ultimately not trustworthy. I did not check his references before hiring him and am posting this review so others will not repeat my mistake.

I hired John Walker to do work waterproofing our basement. Paid him a very generous deposit (1700$) and he came in met my wife and new born daughter. Took our money no problem but never came to do the work for over a month and half even after calling numerous weeks in a row, asked for a refund and he gave me excuse after excuse week after week. So completely unreliable and honestly just a thief. If you are thinking about using his services, I would highly recommend staying away from this man. 1 1/2 months of asking him to come do the work and 4 months of chasing him for a refund that I still have never received.
