Astra Florists at Terrain

Extremely disappointed with the arrangement delivered to the funeral home for a family member . I asked Sandra to send me a picture of the arrangement of flowers I ordered. Sandra refused to send me a picture of the finished product. She said it was against their office policy to send pictures . I have not heard of this before, as she is also one of the owners.You would think that they would be proud of their work. I was totally embarrassed and ashamed of the arrangement they sent . I trusted Terrain florist to make a beautiful arrangement and they let me down. I will have to live with the embarrassment Terrain Florist has brought to my family even though they did credit my account after I asked Darren multiple times. Very unprofessional that they would not deliver what they promised . Customer be aware and ask to see photos of finished floral arrangement. Company goes by Astra Florist as well as Terrain florist.

Ordered flowers for a friend as a surprise and the driver called them prior to delivery and ruined the whole experience. Called Astra to address my concern and they blew me off. I’ve ordered from them years.

The team at Astra Florists is wonderful at bringing life to any special occasions. Their assistance in choices and suggestions is excellent with kind and friendly service. They really know their stuff! I have dealt with this company for so many years and always with such satisfaction.
