I wanted to share my experience with D&A towing yesterday. Specifically Josh Cando. My vehicle was hit by someone who blew a stop sign.Josh pulled up in his tow truck and immediately asked if I was okay. I called CAA to ask for a tow as my car was unable to be driven home safely. CAA estimated time of arrival was 1.5 hours as it was not an emergency. Josh kindly offered to hook my car up to his truck and take it to their compound yard on Tiffin St as the Barrie Collision centre was closed for the evening.Fast track to this morning. Josh met me with my car at the Collision reporting centre right when they opened at 9am. When i arrived, he advised me that photos had already been taken by the collision centre and all I had to do was fill out the incident report.Josh asked me where I would like the car to go for repairs. I gave him the address and without hesitation, he towed my car there.Josh was very respectful and knowledgable. As a female tow truck drivers can be intimidating and most times arrogant, and want to get the job done quickly to make their money. Josh on the other hand, was the complete opposite. he took the time to explain the process of towing the car, reporting the accident, made sure I took all of the information from the other driver.D&A towing will now have all of my future business! A job well done.

Amazing experience! Great pricing and did exactly what was discussed. 10/10 would recommend. I moved my SUV on short notice with them from Hamilton to Calgary. John, the driver was fantastic. Great experience for what can be sometimes a stressful task. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Another perfect move by D&A! The driver was a little earlier than the agreed upon time and the process was flawless from pickup to drop off. Friendly and courteous service as well! I'll be asking for their services in the future if I ever need it.

We got a flat tire on the side of the very busy 400 hwy North bound. We were in the proccess of changing our tire when we realized the tire was seized and we couldn't get it off. We didn't know if we would need a towor not just someone with some tools. These guys showed up as I was in distress on the phone as it was cold and wet and my daughter (6 years old) was starting to panic as it was going to get dark soon. They showed up and helped us get the tire off and spare on. Literally saved us from a stressful moment and possible nightmare of an evening. I cant thank you enough for coming out to help!!Side note: Keep a hammer in your safety kit in your car. You never know when your gonna need it!
