Dr Tsui is a young working mom just like me who is super personable, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. She takes her time and I don't feel rushed at all. I really enjoy my appointments with her. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful as well. I like the location specifically because it’s just down the street from my house but it’s also a relatively convenient location if you have to transit/drive. I recommend Integra Eyecare Centre highly.

Detailed appointment with doctor Tsui, she took time to explain my results and answer questions. Similarly the staff at the optical center - William - was friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Askarpoor is simply amazing with kids! She did all 3 of mine in the room together. The kids had fun and a thorough exam.After 3 eye doctors not giving a proper explanation for why my 9 year old is light sensitive, she finally did.

Came here last Saturday for the first time to have my eyes tested and glasses fitted and had a great experience.From the receptionist to the doctor they are all very professional and friendly. The doctor I had an appointment with was Annie Huang, an extremely responsible doctor. Thanks to her, I was diagnosed with an eye problem and was quickly referred to an eye specialist for treatment.The two people in charge of my glasses were also very professional and friendly, helping me to choose frames and lenses that I liked and suited me.I will definitely be going here for regular eye exams every year from now on

I had been with an optometrist before for my dry eyes. My eyes got a bit better and the clinical symptoms are not good enough to live comfortably. There was no concrete care plan. It was almost a year. I was hopeless during those times. I kept searching for dry eye specialist and I discovered Dr Reis and was impressed by the reviews. Unfortunately, I had to wait for months before I saw him. He is very accurate: based all his findings on the clinical symptoms as well the testing done to my eyes. On my one visit, he let my eyes be scanned for free to make sure that there was no injury at the back of eyes. He even came back to me to discuss the result even if my consultation time was finished. My eyes improved much better but still not enough to go back to my current job. However, Dr Reis is very passionate that he digs in the real cause. He coordinates with my GP for possible underlying metabolic condition I might have. Moreover, the staff are accommodating to me and my husband. They let us feel comfortable. In addition, they are prompt in giving letter supporting my leave of absence from work without fee. Service fee and product costs are very reasonable. God bless you Dr Reis and all your clinic staff.

Dr. Reis is by far the best ophthalmologist I’ve ever visited. I was very surprised how kind and caring he and his staff were. I had ongoing problems with my eyes and no one else I had seen took the time to really understand what was happening. Dr. Reis took the time. Turned out my retina was thinning and starting to tear on the edges. Dr. Reis arranged for me to have laser surgery the next day. So he prevented my retina from separating and thus probably saved my vision. I’m obviously very happy with my experience and I’m grateful to Dr. Reis and his team. Integra is my new eyecare centre.

I have never been so well attended in a clinic before. Integra’s team scored 5 stars in my scale of demanding customer. All the team were amazing with my husband, my son and me.

Dr. Askarpoor was professional and caring. She took the time to explain her diagnosis and help me understand. Alan was also super patient and helpful. I love my new glasses!

I see on Google Reviews I’m not the only patient to have received the wrong prescription. Integra says the typo was the manufacturer's fault. They finally compensated me well after my 1-star review.They don’t answer their phones, which has been their downside for at least a year. They say they have a solution to that. Also, they had booked me on the wrong week. Reception had made me follow up with the same optometrist that ordered the contact lenses, who only works two to three days of the week, but after my 1-star review, one of the owners said that I can book with another optometrist if the mailed contact lenses need further adjustment. When I was in the clinic, the optometrist looked up the prescription that Integra says the manufacturer Precision used, and they confirmed that it mistakenly had a one in front of it. That’s more than double! They said that it was the mistake of Precision's.Also, they could be more sanitary. The optometrist touched my eyelashes with the eye drop bottle, which shouldn’t even be used between multiple people. I didn’t see staff wipe the equipment (phoropter?) that you touch your face with in the optometrist room, which is normally done when the patient or the optometrist enters.Lastly, the area for customers to insert contact lenses is cramped. Other optometrist offices I’ve been to had more space for that. Staff asked me to use the washroom to insert my contact lenses, and then someone wanted to urgently use the toilet, so I left and moved to the other area with only one contact lens in at the time. Staff ended up saying the usual area was fine for me to use, but that I might not have a mirror there because a patient was sitting at the table in front of it. Get another mirror or get that patient to leave the area instead of sitting there for several minutes then! Anyway, I didn’t even need a mirror, so they could’ve mentioned the mirror before making me use the washroom.

I had a great experience at Integra the doctors and staff alike are very thorough, professional and very nice! The place is very nice, clean and has a great selection of frames and lens options! Special thank you to Will for his amazing customer service, to Dr. Huang and to Dr. Reis for being so thorough, they are very knowledgeable and helped me receive the treatment I needed for my eyes. Highly recommend this place would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you all again!!
