Just when it was bad enough that their telephone banking customer service had very limited hours.Shocked to find out that this bank is closed on Saturdays??? Wow, feels like 1985 all over again.Even the old school banks/ competition are open.NOT everyone trusts online banking or depositing tthrough ATMs and waiting a week for verification.Disappointing because their in-house customer service is great.

So very sorry to have lost so many of your staff that seemed to know or care concerning customers. I have banked with ACU for around approx 30 years. Gloria Nichols was one of your best employees and I'm having a very hard time finding anyone even 1/2 as good in the ACU branches. Sure hope you smarten up and find new ways to improve your business as customer service no matter what business you are in, is still the only thing that matters........

I’ve been dealing with acu for the last 6 years and they refuse to allow me to change anything with my account. Would not allow me to have a chequing account, charges me insane fees and never have I had someone work with me to help me with my finances. I made an appt with someone at the garden city branch and she actually made me cry in her office infront of my 3 year old at the time. I am currently looking at a new bank as this one will not allow me to grow at all as a person or financially. Shame on the garden city staff, you people make your clients feel like garbage.

This branch is horrible, took a bank draft there and said they couldn’t cash it for me and would have to put a month long hold on it, I said unacceptable and asked for a manager, she said the same thing. I stormed out angry and went to the regent branch, they cashed the bank draft no issues, the teller who had only been there a few months said I don’t why they did that all they had to do was call the phone number on the check and verify it. Now I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for two days and can’t even get a call back. Totally unprofessional and very poor knowledge amongst most employees. Every time I have to deal with this branch I cringe inside a little bit.

Very poor interpersonal skills by most of the tellers, always have a negative experience.

We have recently moved all of our accounts to this branch and I am amazed at the customer service that we have encountered.Steven is wonderful finance manager and made us feel so welcomed,as well as all the great front end associates.Our previous large bank,that we had dealt with for 20 plus years ,fell very short on the customer service and overall associate interaction.So happy that we have settled here at Garden City Assiniboine Credit Union.

Nothing like being left hanging, no responses to emails and phone messages, on a mortgage application!

I’m convinced that the staff are desperately trying to make their own lives easier by being absolutely horrible to customers so that we leave and find other institutions. They got their wish and I will no longer be banking with Assiniboine after having accounts with them for 10+ years.

Been considering switching banks for a few years now; why are the fees so high!? Opened a savings for my student loans and had to close it for the ridiculous fees

Everytime i needed something i got it right away staff has always been freindly and curteous and professionly..i d never deal with a different bank
