Where do I start? Bought the Hestia gas firepit table over a month ago and that's when the nightmare began. Everything seemed fine until we received our shipment and realized the .tabletop was missing and one corner of the base unit at the top was bent. Contacted the shipping company first and they acknowledged that the tabletop was missing. Said they would find it....3 days later and item still didn't appear. Contacted Home Depot (originally ordered through them.....a 35 minute wait in the phone queue) and after lots of back and forth with the shipping company, us, and Home Depot, a new tabletop was ordered and delivered. When item arrived, 2 of the connecting holes were so misaligned that after 45 frustrating minutes of trying every which way to line everything up and screw it together, we gave up and ended up with only 2 of the holes actually screwed and bolted together. Also didn't receive enough lava rocks so had to go out and buy more of those. The instructions included with the tabletop said there was a centre tray but we did not receive the centre tray. Called Home Depot again and they told us to call the vendor. I asked to talk to a Home Depot supervisor and was told no one could talk to me. Really??? When we contacted OnSight they admitted that they sent the wrong instructions and there is no centre tray. We eventually got a $100 gift certificate from Home Depot to make up for this horrible experience. The actual firetable looks nice and works OK but this was just too much hassle and I will not order from OnSight or Home Depot again.

We bought a firetable from OnSight through Home Depot last June and it arrived slightly damaged with instructions that didn't match the product. There was also a missing piece. When I contacted the company directly it took a while to fix everything but in the end OnSight really stood behind their product and provided us with outstanding customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and couldn't be more happy with the outcome. 5 star service!
