Awesome customer service!Very happy and helpful staff.

Good day, I have had two sets of glasses/prescriptions over the last five years. Both sets are good quality, the fit is excellent (with some minor adjustments by the staff) and the service was great. Of particular note, I called from Calgary (I recently moved as I retired from the military) and the young lady at Oakley was kind enough to answer my follow on questions about my prescription. The customer service (on 20 Sep 19) was greatly appreciated.

My wife and I have both had great experiences at Oakley. We purchased new glasses - they were very helpful. They had lots of selection and lots of patience as we looked at almost everything in the store. When we had a problem with the lenses they were quickly replaced without any hassle. The staff is really friendly and we love the dog mascot!

I have been coming here for years for glasses, contacts, eye tests etc since I was very young. I'm dissapointed with the service I just receivedThe direct bill wasn't working and I've been having issues with my insurer having an incorrect number, and I suggested what Oakley could try on their end to fix it (which has worked at pharmacies and everywhere else I've had this issue. Instead of trying or even listening they just push the terminal at me and coldly blurt out the price. I explain to another staff member and they quickly dismiss me while clearly just trying to close the store for the night. Seems like they value their couple of minutes more than the 100 some dollars I really couldnt afford to give up front.

Far from impressed!!!!!I purchased a pair of Oakley glasses which have a faulty hinge, have been waiting almost 2 months for a replacement! I've had to contact them twice to inform them I've been waiting which both times they claimed to order in the replacements. Both replacements glasses were the wrong size and I'm pretty sure were actually the same set of glasses only ordered once.......... brutal. Best part about this is I dealt with the owner the first time for service and he's never called me once to let me know my glasses were in..........top notch service. When and if I receive my replacements I won't head back and will make sure everyone I know hears about there service.Only good part of the company was the person I originally dealt with was professional and extremely helpful......to bad she left.

We’ve been dealing with Oakley for over 25 years. We always value their service. They know us by name and offer us great customer service. Most recently my mom was on vacation out of province and Marlene was so helpful. She had replacement frames shipped to Nova Scotia overnight. We were able to continue our vacation at ease. Such superior service. A thousand times thank you.
