ICBC Driver Licensing

I passed my Class 5 road test here on my first attempt today and had an exceptional experience at this ICBC location. My examiner, Diane, was not only very nice and enthusiastic, but she also helped me feel calm and relaxed throughout the entire road test. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, which allowed me to feel confident and perform at my best. I highly recommend this ICBC location for anyone preparing to take their road test.

I recently had the privilege of taking my N test with examiner Keith, and I must say that it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. His professionalism, patience, and ability to create a comfortable testing environment left a lasting impression on me. My examiner on my road test was excellent! They were very patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire test. I have been to this location quite a few times, and the staff has always been very polite.But, I booked a road test one time, and I am not writing this out of anger or something. I failed the test, and I completely understand that. But my examiner named Harp, told me that I am wearing too much cologne and she said to me this while exiting my vehicle. This is so rude. She literally then told me to “don’t wear cologne next time you come.”I wasn’t even wearing it that much and if she was so sensitive to it, she could’ve just told me that someone else could’ve taken my test.

Overall a good experience here. I went here a few times but most recently for a knowledge test. The front counter service was quick and friendly. There were just enough seating for us a group of 3 to sit down and wait until my code is shown on the screen. However, the lady over the counter preparing the knowledge test seems like she really doesn't want to work there. I don't remember her name but I see her fidgeting, visually looking bored and impatient, and having a bit of an attitude. I understand employees work with customers on a daily basis, and this specifically on a weekend, but I think it would be better to discuss other options on where and how she can work. The experience made me a bit uncomfortable. The knowledge test itself was easy to use with reasonable questions. You have a 35 minute limit for the knowledge test and no talking and hand held devices are not allowed. The follow up of my knowledge test employee was friendly and had a positive attitude. When you come for the knowledge test be prepared to show 2 pieces of acceptable ID, your keyword" or "password" used to set up your account with ICBC

I got the road test yesterday and had such an amazing experience with the examiner - Mr. Keith. He was very clear on giving the instructions. There was no confusions at all. I was just very comfortable during taking my test. Thank you Mr. Keith for being professional and super friendly to me.

I did my road test yesterday and all I have to say after a wait of three months is the wait was worth it. I booked my test back in March but got a June appointment. I wanted Langley location because it's just a few steps from my work place and home. I was also fortunate to be paired with an examiner who was patient and very keen. The way he spoke was friendly and made me at ease. My anxiety was high before that but I calmed down without even realizing and was relaxed during the road test. I loved how after the road test Keith explained to me what I should improve on with details. Thank you Keith.

I had the pleasure to visit ICBC at Langley willow Brook. Already booked an appointment like every body should. Got my BC id made by Simran in less than 5 mins. She was so quick and courteous. Also helped me with answers to a lot of questions.Don't go to Surrey ICBC locations. Over crowded and long waiting.Thanks
