Wow! Wow! Wow! Wish I had discovered reflexology years ago! Liana is absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable and is happy to share her knowledge and what’s she’s doing to you if you want to learn. She is attune to your body as she works on you. Amazing hands. She is such a kind soul. I leave so relaxed (dare i say zen like?), I can feel the energy in my body, I’m invigorated and best of all, whats bothering me in my body is healing - notable improvement instantly and ongoing. The business is a home converted to a business. It’s easily accessible, classy, well thought out with a really relaxing atmosphere. I have now incorporated regular treatments into my well-being journey. A real game changer!! I am now a devoted follower of Liana’s and a permanent customer of Reflexology Experience. This business and people tick all the boxes. If you’ve never experienced this, please try it once. You’ll be glad you did.

I LOVE Reflexology Experience! Every time I walk in, it's always calm and quiet plus lovely scents are in the air; light ones like lavender or amethyst, it's not overpowering by any stretch but more beautifully relaxing. The music playing is befitting a place of letting go, unwinding and definitely for relaxation. My favourite treatments are the Grounded Sole and Roots & Above however I had a relaxation facial yesterday which was sublime. Lara is always willing to give suggestions for the best treatment depending on how I'm doing/feeling - every suggestion has been spot on - what I needed even though I didn't realize it. I've made going once a month a me treat" and I look forward to it every time. It's so worth it and I do notice that I fall asleep faster the night of a treatment. Lara has helped me through some nasty stress

I love the calm, clean and nourishing atmosphere here. Mist-tee is wonderful. She has the natural healing touch and is a very good listener as well. I never feel rushed or judged with her and I also really appreciate that she keeps the small talk to minimum and lets me be silent and chance to take a nap during the session since I have a hard time falling asleep at night. I always feel refreshed and relaxed after. It helps with stress relief, resetting, detox, better circulation, immunity boost - overall wellness :) Highly recommend seeing her!

Erica is simply awesome! She has a great wealth of knowledge about the feet and face and ALSO in so many other health related areas. I always learn something new and walk out feeling much better than when I came in. After going to this beautiful clinic I always leave feeling as if I am walking on pillows, on feathers, on clouds in the air!
