She is a positive influencer if your moving slow on packing and getting ready for a staging. She will also advise you that the market is the market.In my case I was wondering if it was best to keep the property in early summer. Jasmine presented a realistic guideline to when houses and families typical buy and move. She is very presentable, professional and has high expectations. I appreciated her positivity and reassurance about every step of the way. She maintains that getting the best value for your house is necessary and the sole goal. This allows sellers to keep their eye on beautifying the house to maximize potential and profit.She is a clear communicator and very responsive. At night, weekends, pre and post move. She also has a solid understanding of legal rights and responsibilities. Jasmine is never critical if there is blemishes in your house and will advise you how to rectify situations to make your house sell for the top dollar. I had been speaking with Jasmine about the market in my neighborhood (Seaton, Rural North Pickering) for over a year. She put my wife's mind at ease as well about any questions we had. I am confident you will be impressed with her pre sell and post selling services.Another piece of information I'd like to add, I made it clear that I wanted to be the highest selling townhouse (including rear town lane homes) in my neighborhood development. Jasmine knew this but cautioned that the market will determine the value with offers. We went in slightly below what I envisioned for asking price. Hands down, the best experience I have ever had purchasing our investment property.
