Not sure why the reviews are so low. The main lady who works here is amazing and is always willing to help, the line ends up getting long around 4-7pm but that’s expected. Great place to drop off your Amazon returns.

I was here last week to deliver a package to a friend in Montreal. I was the next person in line however the lady who was working there was who was her sweet whole time helping someone else and taking a good 15 minutes to answer every single question. Typically most postal workers would ask the other person to move aside so they could keep the line moving and have the other packages either returned or shipped out and stuff but she made a really passive aggressive comment saying “oh there’s always long lines here”. I personally think they should be two people at the counter at least and they should really fire that other woman working for Canada post she seems extremely rude and unprofessional dealing with customers And obviously takes her job for granted. If you want better customer service support with your packages and stuff go to the shoppers 10 minutes down the road from this shoppers.

The front desk lady is just rude and asks for personal information that other locations don't ask for.

This location has now, twice, given the wrong information and denied service. The individuals working at this location seem to be giving wrong information so they don't have to do work.First incident: brought a package which they said was too big/heavy and has to go to the Canada Post depot...seemed like an excuse so they don't have to move it BUT gave them the benefit of the doubt. Drove to Canada Post depot at 265 Harwood and they were confused why they didn't accept it there.Second incident: took a package without printing label. The return email from the company provided a QR code to show at Canada Post and then they would print and stick the label. This location informed me that it doesn't work and we need to go back and print. The best part is that they said it hasn't worked for them in sometime and they seemed unapologetic as if it wasn't their problem. It's different if it stopped working all of a sudden but for it not have been working for some time and then not caring...quality of service has gone down

I went to pay CRA dues using the QR code. The lady there freaked out and kept on saying she is going to have fill in lot of fintech forms. Not sure why CRA appoints collectors without them giving proper training. In bitter cold that was such a drag as I have a deadline
