Went to see Jen on a recommendation from one of my clients. It is the first time I have ever had a haircut with someone who didn’t try to correct my head tilt and instead was able to style my hair with how my body naturally sits. She also gave me wonderful highlights that just completely revived both my hair but also my overall look. Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I’ll even admit I was so relaxed I fell asleep while my foils set. Definitely check Jen out.

Gorgeous vibe, gorgeous salon, everyone is super happy to be at work and it shows. Jen has been doing my hair for many years prior to her working there, but now that she is working there I can definitely say go see her, she's great - you'll love your new hair!

21 West Salon is IT!! The moment you walk in you feel at home! The salon is something so different than what I’m used to experiencing. It’s welcoming, trendy and has anything you can ever think of to upgrade your hairstyle or fashion style. They have so many options for accessories and hair products. Everything feels and is high end, which is something Penticton needs! Highly Recommend.

I love my extensions Ashley put in. I’ve been wearing for a year now, adjusting them up every couple of months. The salon is beautiful, you can’t help but feel relaxed and in an oasis. Besides for selling Balmain hair products they get me every time I visit with all types of beautiful little things in the shop! I absolutely love going to 21West.

Visited 21 West for the first time recently to see my talented stylist Jen. It’s absolutely beautiful inside with lots of cute accessories to browse while getting pampered. I ended up buying a couple hair clips which were reasonably priced and would make great stocking stuffers. Jen always does an amazing job on my hair too so if you’re looking for a new stylist or salon I highly recommend checking them out!

My daughter and I see Jen Mullins here at 21 West and she is so amazing at what she does! The product lines that they use here are phenomenal and I couldn't be happier with the results. Such an inviting space with the added bonus of the great retail items to browse through for a treat for yourself or the perfect gift for someone else. Highly recommend!

I took my daughters here to see Ashley and Myriah. They are lovely with the girls every time. Besides hair cuts and washes they put in coloured braids on our daughters and they absolutely loved them. My wife raves about this place and the ladies working there, so I highly recommend all husbands out there to treat your wife or daughters to a day at the salon.
