We bought a new home and our warranty was almost up so we decided to invest in a home inspection. So glad we did! Dennis was on time , amazing price, and his knowledge on homes is amazing! Ryan did our home inspection for our new home. He was extremely thorough and explained everything to us and provided the report. The report was extremely easy to understand and follow. All pictures were included so we could clearly see what he was talking about. The report also comes with recommendations for professionals to evaluate the concerns and, if you do it through the report, it automatically sends the pictures and findings directly to them so there is no middle man. Would definitely recommend for your home inspection.
