Im really disappointed with the quality of service in store and online with Le Chateau. No one was around to help, and when I did finally find someone they had no interest in wanting to help me.I had asked for a boot to try on and after waiting some time the lady came back with a completely different boot. I had asked if they had the one I asked for and she said no, then turned away from me to help someone else. This was disappointing because I wanted to order it online if it wasn't in stock, but when I asked she said she would have to look but then turned away again to help someone else. I'm not sure why I wasn't getting any service here, I was polite the entire time and understanding throughout the whole situation. Although I was frustrated I decided to leave and order the boots online.This was another mistake on my part. The website wouldn't accept my debit Visa so my boyfriend used his PayPal. But in doing so it switched the address to be shipped to, which doesn't make sense because that address wasn't even linked to his account. But anyways it happened so I immediately called the customer service line where I was told they couldn't do anything and to call the post office. Le Chateau is incredibly difficult to get ahold of in general and made absolutely no effort to try and help me. So now I'm out money and never did get the boots.I wouldn't recommend going to this store or buying anything online, because if there are any issues at all you won't get any resolutions.

I've been in a few times over the last year, looking for clothing to wear for special occasions, but have never once gotten service. I've stood right next to two employees, and it sounded like one of the was either management or a key holder, and not even been greeted. I don't need anyone up my butt the whole time I'm in the store, but at least some acknowledgment that I exist beyond a wrinkled nose would be nice. Get your act together, Bower store. Your attitude is disgraceful.

I go here for the quality of clothing and it just doesn't seem the women that work here take pride in their store. I bought a dress with no help or greeting and they threw it in a plastic bag and failed to tell me to have a good day. I'm not saying this is sometimes, I'm saying this is every single time I come in. I come in here wanting to spend good money and girls here make it hard with their unwelcoming attitudes. I think it's time for some new staff, honestly. I'm pin pointing the Asian lady and the lady who looks like a short version of Sandra Bullock. Arrogant.I came in the other day with my boyfriend and the gentlemen in the mens department was AWESOME. Finally came across someone in this location that took pride in what they were doing. I don't know his name but he helped out so much. Sandra Bullock tried snagging his sale until we said we would wait.

I’ve always liked the clothing at le chateau because it fits me very well. However, the customer service at the bower location is some of the worst I’ve had. You can walk by multiple sales people and they don’t acknowledge you, offer to get you a fitting room, see if you are finding everything ok, etc...for a commission based retail job you would think they would be at least be slightly personable. They need to revamp their associates and hire staff that actually want to do their job.

In this store Aug.27/19 @ 10:45 ish. ZERO customer service, one clerk walked past me with a snooty look at me then her nose up in the air and proceeded to chit chat with her Male coworker about pay periods. Her perfume was choking wherever she walked. Less is more on that factor. Not once did they acknowledge my presence period. Zero stars for this place. There were a few items I was interested in but meh"

I would give a negative star if I could. Absolutely atrocious customer service by the manager SHERRY. Buy on their online store if you want something, I personally will never be going to this store again. Came to look for some clothes for a wedding, asked the manager for some help to find some clothes and dresses and she just completely ignored us so well. It was the worst experience. Store manager was SO RUDE to the customers. High times for management to teach your store managers how to talk and behave with each individual in store, rather than being so unprofessional. I used to love LE CHATEAU but I am very dissapointed with the POOR service by the manager and with her behaviour.

Review your receipt BEFORE you pay for it! A ton of discounts missed which we noticed when we given the receipt.“Too bad! It’s a final sale” we were told.Whatever the system discounts is what you have to pay, even if you didn’t know that it wasn’t discounted properly.Staff were great but MOD is horrible, disrespectful and talks down to her customers.“The discounts are complicated ma’am, you wouldn’t understand”Pardon me but a $1.02 discount is not 30% off of a $49.99 item. This is not complicated , this is a computer error that she should have fixed, especially when it occurred on multiple items!I then asked to return the items that were over charged and was told no.then she gave me the customer service number, except it was her debit machine repair number!!!Overall, I was charged at least $50 more than I should have been.The attitude of the MOD was even worse than the overcharge.

The customer service was terrible. Three employees working with a total of 4 people in the store and no one greeted us, asked us how we were doing or offered a change room. No one checked if other sizes were needed or how things were going. When I tried to exchange a pair of pants they said I couldn't because they were on sale. I said when I bought them I told the lady I was unsure and might return them. The receipt said with in 15 days and so does their corporate website. Nothing about final sale on sale items. Which I'm fine with if I know and its marked. Sales lady finally agreed to exchange them because I was buying another pair as well. Both pairs were 20$ but she told me I owed her 2 cents.... 2 cents. Would that be cash or card?? Um well 2 cents rounds down so cash as it would be 0. She then wanted a nickle so to get the heck out I gave it to her. The till then said she owed me a nickle and she said oh never mind it fine. I said sure. We left. No thank you or have a nice day. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience.

The clothing here is spectacularly designed. I love it. The quality is in the product as well. They have their own shoe designs and a wonderful selection. One not so nice thing is the staff. They are not the friendliest or helpful with style or selection.

Visited this mall to purchase an outfit for a social function. I seen an extremely nice outfit on display. I tried to find someone to help but there wasn't any staff around. I am an average sized person and when the sales girl finally came around, she simply told me there wouldn't be anything in my size. Basically I got the feeling that I wasn't deserving enough to wear their clothes, even though I had money to purchase any outfit in the store. So, le château staff, maybe you should not be so judgemental and you might actually make a sale. Best to avoid this place, at least until their idea of service changes.
