Unreliable. 1) It closes at 11:45 on Saturday. Why?!? 2) When you show up to the place at 11:30 it will likely be closed. Just say you close at 11:00 instead of lying about your hours.

Terrible service!! Same company as facility on Bentley. Pay half the price on numerous materials. When I asked why, the reply was, “I just work here.”

I was in with my friend last week, and these guys completely screwed him over. I believe in karma and what goes around comes around. I will be taking my scrap elsewhere in Ottawa to a more honest company.

I have enough of the laziness of some of the staff at this location, after years nothing has change. I strongly suggest that you try Palmer recycling instead, great price, great service.

Okay place but the guy at counter steals your money. Make sure you count it before leaving and even then he might give you some reason as to service charge or w/e. Best to avoid if possible.

Not a person in sight, no signs to indicate where to go. I waited in front of the entrance door, knocked on the window, went around a second time, stopped at the office (closed), tried the various doors again, phoned to ask for assistance. All to no avail. I left after having driven 30 minutes each way.
