I usually come here for all my parts and have no issue today was a bad experience walked in no customers in the store took 20 mins to get some help then another customer walked it and all attention was directed towards him and I waited another 15-20 minsafter telling them what I needed I’m still standing at the counter now waiting for the part at an hour of being in the store for one simple part probabally will never come back guy at counter was an idiot

Great service! Im from Ottawa and was on a work trip. Lost my brake pads on the 401 on the way in Sunday. Stopped here Tuesday morning to get parts and they lent me tools to fix it right in the parking lot! The employees were amazing! Telling everyone I know that if they need parts and are in the area to stop in.

A guy working on some material stock said wait wait wait (Ousef). Loonggg wait times here. While he is putting away his inventory and filling up his water bottle. Then over on the other side there are few guys giggling and being the cool guys from highschool. What is customer service ? I forgot as soon I walked in here

Need car parts but don't want to go to Crappy Tire or some other random shady auto shop? This place will have what you are looking for and the staff are awesome. I work not to far from here and it's easy to stop in during the day and they're not super busy. Attached to their distribution center so they should always have what you need. I always get someone to help me and have never regretted buying from them. Prices are always competitive with the other suppliers. If I have to buy anything auto related, I'll check here first. It's in an odd industrial area so it may be out of the way for most, but its worth the stop.

This is the HQ for CarQuest, and there is a part store towards the end of the building which open to public. Excellent service, and fully stocked among all the stores in the entire Ontario. Not busy most of the time

Went to exchange my defective wiper purchased, Started making excuses they don’t have it, I found it myself hanging plenty, Then another excuse that they can’t exchange, THE employee NAMED JOHN is very inhumane went to parking where the whole parking lot was empty started harassing me to park somewhere else , parked behind my car with intimidating bad behaviour, I don’t have words for these kind of people . He has very bad ego that he is working there for 15 years but when the owner will check the camera the whole staff very unpleasant. I will never go to this store nor I recommend anyone .

I had emergency situation with my car, I needed a small clamp which 100% in stock. The gentlemen who served me said “I work here for 10 years and never seen those clamps”. How is that possible ? If I’ve been buying those clamps in Past from those location. I even provided the part number (I am attaching a picture of their box with their name Carquest). I asked the gentleman to check in the system or in the book. He refused to check. I called another Carquest , and they have them in stock. I hope the owner of this location sees that review , and takes action on his employees.Don’t waist the time by going to this location, better go to Napa Auto Parts.

Carquest built my motor and refuses to warranty a defective timing cover gasket on my engine. This engine is right out of the shop and defective.Avoid carquest at all costs and go to a reputable engine shop!Along with horrible communication, excuses , missed deadlines - this leak is the icing on the cake!AVOID!!!!!!!!
