Update: Shortly after posting this review, a new manager, who said he took over this week, called to rectify the situation. I was credited back the overpayments, based on the discount I should have received, and given the proper rate going forward. It never should have required a bad review to get a resolution, but I appreciate that the new manager finally fixed the issue. The issue of their website still showing a discount they don’t actually offer still stands, though.Renter beware: This company does not honour its pricing agreement. I specifically rented from this facility because it offered a 10% discount that made it cheaper than other facilities I would have otherwise chosen. When it came time to make my first payment, they tell me they no longer offer that discount, and haven't for many months (but still it is advertised on this location's page).If the company offers a discount, which is clearly stated on the page for the specific location I am at, it's quite reasonable to expect that they would honour that discount--especially when I confirmed it verbally at time of ordering, at time of signing, and at move-in.I have tried to fix the issue by calling the specific location I rent at; I tried calling their company-wide customer service line; both have told me that their Regional Manager" would call me several times and never has

Great experience with storage here. Rented a garage style unit for 2 months while moving. Easy access, safe and secure, very professional. Martin at the front was great to deal with. Would use again without hesitation.

Best storage. Excellent customer service. The storage areas are big, neat and temperature controlled. There is lot of parking space and has elevators. The storage areas and corridors smell fresh and new. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I rented the smallest storage locker they have available as I do not have a storage at my condo and needed somewhere to store my luggage and xmas decorations. Storage is clean and staff is nice, however, if you are looking for long term storage solution, this is not the place to go. My initial payment with the 1 time discount was 51.00 April 2021....Every 6 months or so after that, they increased the rate. I went to 67.00 per month June 2021 to 82.00 Nov 2021 to 92.00 June 2022 to 102.00 Jan 2022. I will be looking for another alternative as there seems to be no limit to how high their rate will go.

Storing my stuff here felt like storing it at a friends garage. Martin was super welcoming and friendly and took the stress of moving right away. Facility is super clean and practical and modern. Also rates very reasonable after shopping around this was the best price and ultimately value. Go here!!
