Always fast and efficient service! Easy phone in ordering and fast pick-up. Only problem sometimes is parking.

The pharmacy made many silly mistakes. All I heard are excuses rather than a simple apology.

I have been a patient of the Markham family health team and for years have been getting my prescriptions done at Dales Pharmacy!For the last 6 weeks I have been getting some treatments done at the hospital, and needed to pick up the prescription before hand at the pharmacy.Last week I called and asked for my prescription be to filled and spoke to a very nice women,” she said no problem, it will be filled” I also called & left a message the night before! This morning (Aug 3) I came to pick up my prescription and the cashier/assistant couldn’t find it, so I told her my appointment was this morning at the hospital.The pharmacist who I was NOT speaking with, very rudely and extremely unprofessional told me that I needed to call in my prescription before hand and now I would I have to wait.I replied that I did phone it in and spoke to someone last week and also left a message last night. With unnecessary attitude she replied, “ no U didn’t!, and now I will have to wait for it, and U NEED TO PHONE Your PRESCRIPTIONS IN) I told her that I have been getting these treatments done for 6 weeks now and I know the drill, I CALL IN the week of, and day before, I have never had an issue!!”I had NO PROBLEM WAITING- I just told her my appointment was for 9:00am!People have bad days, yes!! But this Pharmacist is in the health care profession, and if she can’t speak to a patient with respect, she should not be in that profession. I will NO longer be using Dales pharmacy. As it was embarrassing to be spoken like that.Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful!

Ian walker and Amber were great. We called for the flu vaccine and they were able to schedule all 4 of us the very next day. Ian administered the vaccine with no pain or discomfort and was very pleasant. Their pharmacy is well stocked and all staff were knowledgeable and polite. They are following all government covid guidelines and have cleaning supplies and disinfectant for sale.Overall would recommend.

These people are so nice and friendly.Had a great experience there. ♥️

Great !! Pharmacy and staff and Ian the boss are great people. In all the years(more than I care to admit) I have been getting my meds at this Chemists I have been treated like a long lost relative. Always happy to see me and even when busy, such as the times we're living in now, have time to spend a moment or two to ask how I am and the family. Kudos to Ian and all for keeping up the Customer Service and friendship. Anyone who needs a place to get their scripts filled and an easy to understand explanation of the relevance of theme, this is where you should go. See you soon and best of all be safe...Tony Hubbard

Need a refill and websites says you would be open on the 2nd but closed on the 3rd for holiday but it was closed both days .. I have a prescription that has to be picked up on a specific day and now I'm home in terrible pain. What am I supposed to do in this situation?? I've been coming here for 10 years now and always have problems like this. Please help ASAP

Unsure of the negative reviews here, but I had a wonderful experience with Mary. She's so kind and accommodating, and I really liked my experience here. 5/5 just because of her. She's wonderful!

I have been going here for years. Warm and friendly service. This pharmacy has almost everything OTC with very knowledgeable pharmacists and techs ! I appreciate the multiculturalism #coexist
