MD Connected Walk-in Clinic

I just visited for nothing. Didn’t do anything.Was there for my yearly check up (blood work), and reference for gynaecologist but did not get anything. Dr told me that she sent me an email and dr office will call me but nothing. I strongly do not recommend this place for wasting time

811 told us to go here so I can be physically checked, so we went here, but the doctor just called me over the phone, and suggested to go to ER. We couldve waited the hour on the ER directly already.There is no doctor on site. If you need a doctor here in Chatham, whether it's an emergency or urgent care, looks like the best route is going directly to the ER (or family doctor, if you have one)This may also be just bad advise from 811. I believe 811 should know whether there is a doctor on site or not, and to send me to whichever has a doctor on site (looks like only ER has the doctor)The people here are friendly. If you need a doctor for a non-urgent situation, this may be best. But for urgent situations, looks like ER is the best option.

This walk in was great I showed up at 2pm they were able to fit me in i got signed up and my prescription filled before they closed at 3 feeling much better because of it

Great visit. Leaving a message was different but they called me back within 3 minutes. They schedualed me in last minute on the Friday before Christmas. Took me right in when I got there and then filled my prescription within 5 minutes. They even faxed a doctor's note for me. Great experience for me!

Previous appointments were great. My kids are too young to see a physician and I cannot book appointments for them.

This walk-in is a joke

Met one of the rudest staff members EVER. I do not recommend this place. Terrible attitude all around
