Amazing place to spend some romantic time with your partner!Everything was so beautiful and well designed such as the view and service by the staff.We went on our anniversary and we had a great time.They have Sauna, Steam and a really beautiful bathroom with bathrobe and towels to get ready. You really don’t need to bring anything except your dress and make up for girls. Parking is free too.All the staff including Fab and other people were so nice and friendly.

Service was incredible, and the views were spectacular! Loved the salt scrub and hot stone massage. It's a small spa, so book ahead. Absolutely try their specialty teas, they are excellent!!

Nice spa with great massage technicians. The view from the room was also really good and they basically wanted us to hangout there, it was a friendly experience. The only issue we ran into was not getting an RMT which wasn't entirely clear, we were told it was a regular massage and that didn't translate to not having an RMT in my mind, probably a miscommunication issue. That aside, pleasant experience overall.You get free parking at Sheraton, just be sure to get a validated ticket from the staff before you leave.

Receptionist was fantastic. She was polite giving instructions. The person who did my service was so professional and kind. She did a superb job. I feel so good on the outside but when my service was done I had a surprise! It is my 60th birthday and I was served chocolate cake(my favorite) with fruit and whipped cream. Now I feel better on the inside. Congratulations to a team who got the assignment. Thank you so much! I must come back and bringing more people. This was a great experience!

The staff were super friendly and the massage was very good and professionally done. The private was a amazing experience, especially when it is snowing outside and you are enjoying the warm bubbles in the tub. 5/5 will visit again.

Took my mom to this spa for a late Mother’s Day treat. To start off, I just wanna say all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Both of the ladies we had for our services were great and did a fantastic job (especially on the massage for my mom). Jessica at the front desk was so helpful & kind & took pictures of us which we really appreciated!! :)The reason for the 3 stars is not to do with the staff or services we received but rather the prices. Although the spa itself is nice & the views are breathtaking, we did not feel as though our experience was worth what we paid (about $1100 including taxes).My mom received a 55 minute massage with a RMT, I had the orange creamsicle body scrub & we both got facials. Personally, I’ve been to many 4 & 5 star spas and I can say this place is way overpriced like everything else in Niagara Falls due to tourist tax and other added Trudeau taxes. They also include a gratuity charge of 15% on EACH service. I believe in tipping and always do tip good, however this was a bit unexpected & I believe the consumer should always have the option to tip or at the very least have a say in what they want to tip…Overall we enjoyed our experience but I probably won’t be coming here again for multiple services and would recommend others to go elsewhere as for the price point you can get a lot more bang for your buck outside of tourist areas.

Stayed at Sheldon for a night for our anniversary and we wanted to try out the spa. We had a relaxing time with the couple massage. The environment made the experience more enjoyable and the staff were friendly and professional.

This was my first visit to the spa in Sheraton.The views were absolutely spectacular while the spa etiquette was great to experience as a lot of spas are far too busy to keep up with the etiquette.From the very beginning of walking into the spa to in between your services to the very end. Their service was amazing!I had a gel manicure, a deep facial, and a massage. I felt light, relaxed, and truly enjoyed my experience.I would highly recommend it.
