Having an issue with new flooring. Been waiting to hear from the customer service rep for over 6 months tried calling no answer can't leave a message mail box is full. Would not recommend !!

Finished a new house build and Derek and his team were excellent to deal with. Very helpful in the selection process and they were one of the only trades who were on time and delivered exactly what they said they were going to. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking.

Hands down on of the top supplier experiences in the city. Very professional presentation, always able to come up with a solution, and always helps solve any problems that come up.

Incredibly positive experience until I payed the deposit. Weeks without information. E-mails not followed up. One of the installers showed up on the install date 6 hours late with 5% of the product. Only allotted himself 1 hour to do an 8 hour job.When I followed up (many business days later till i get a response) they sent someone else - really nice dude. They squeezed me in and he did most of the job in a morning. I planned with Taylor another day to have it finished and took a day off work. Apparently the installer did not know this and went to Mexico - He wasn't able to make it that day. Weeks later someone came by and finished the job - and they did a great job.They only came back because I called the manager and he dealt with it. They upped the price without telling me and then when I suggested that I shouldn't be paying full price as I lost wages due to their negligence they stated that they dropped the price back to the original price as a favour to me... I didn't know that the price went up! It took them a month and a half to get back to me about my final bill. They sent me a 30-day overdue notice after we spoke about potentially adjusting the price.They have people who are skilled at their trade, but the way they operate (or at least the salesperson I was dealing with) was terrible.

Really poor, sloppy work. They also left the walls and trim all dinged up and took much longer than promised.

Got what I was looking for, a beautiful vinyl flooring de good quality.

Don't bother shopping here unless you want a medical exam and give private info to them. 0 stars

Great staff and excellent choices. Of course I would love to pay less for certain products but you get good quality for what you pay for here.
