TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I really don't like the fact the door are locked on Sunday to use the ATM machines but that is the least of My frustration.The fact that for last three weeks that the drive thru has been down constantly for last through weeks on Sunday is very annoying.Very hard to stay with a bank that You can't withdrawal or make deposits on certain days.This issue needs to be addressed otherwise You will loose customers.

The staff was no help at all. the drive up machine doesn't work. You can't use the inside machine after hours, why am i paying all these bank fees when nothing at this branch works..so now i gotta go to a non td bank machine that will cost me more bank fees to use thanks to YOU... I've never been to a 3rd world country but I assume their banks are run better than this one.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. There are always long, slow painful lines. They never have enough staff!!!! CIBC and BMO never have lines this long and painful. Clearly TD doesn't care about their customers at all!!!!The indoor ATMs don't work after hours so if the drive through is broken which it often is, you can't access you money at your accounts.Best to bank somewhere where they actually care about you and want your business!!!!Update, it's been a couple of weeks since I left the first review and the lines are even longer everytime I go.TD do not care about their customers!!!!!

I recently visited the TD Canada Trust branch and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. My Investment Consultant, Mark, went above and beyond in helping me with my investments. Not only did he provide sound advice, but he also took the time to educate me on various investment options.The branch is well-maintained and organized, making banking transactions easy. Additionally, the wait time was minimal and I never have to stand in line for long. Parking was also readily available, which was a plus.I am extremely satisfied with the services I received at TD Canada Trust and I highly recommend this branch to anyone in need of top-notch banking services. A special shout-out to Mark for being such an amazing Investment Consultant. Keep up the great work.

I frequently visit this location to perform both regular and complex banking/ financial transactions and while I do not disagree that the wait times are incredibly lengthy I can say that I have never received anything less than exceptional service. The individuals who work the frontline are always patient and kind! Today while I was waiting in line I witnessed other patrons being incredibly rude, disrespectful making obscene comments from the lineup and yelling at the staff but they maintained their composure and moved onto the next person with ease. You would never suspect they had just been screamed at or listened to a group of people make comments about them while waiting to be served. The level of friendliness and professionalism I receive is the prime example of great customer service". If you're a regular person who understands that lineups happen and you may have to wait a little longer but are willing to do so for great service I highly recommend this TD location for both simple and more complex needs. I will also add that even under pressure the tellers are able to maintain conversation with with me while completing my transactions. The branch is cheerful and personable!!"

8pm on a Friday night. Just want to get some cash, BUT drive through out of order , AS ALWAYS , and wow , can’t access the bank machines in the bank anymore. DO BETTER TD!!!!! Not acceptable!!! Maybe you should have thought twice about closing Minets point if you can’t handle the south east end on your own!!

I have been a TD customer for over 30 years. Started dealing at Big Bay Point branch when Minets Point branch closed. I have to say this is the worst branch for customer service. Long lines, shortage of staff. I stopped going there because the service was consistently slow. I now deal at the Ardagh branch where service is much better. As a business owner if I provided such poor service to my clients I would be out of business

TD Bank does not care about their customers!!! Your ATM is down.... AGAIN/STILL!!!!!!! can't even go in to use them, this bank is a joke...I think it's almost time to switch to Scotiabank.

It seems very strange that the walk-in ATM is closed after hours but the Drive-Thru ATM is open after hours. Second, after a very upsetting phone call with the Branch Manager, who insinuated I was to blame for a TD C/Card issue, I closed all my accounts with TD the next day. After being a TD customer for 20 years, his patronizing attitude and insensitivity was truly insulting. The tellers at this branch are great, by the way. I will miss the people at this branch, but I am no longer a TD Bank customer.
