If i can , i would go with 0 star ........ ena worst experince ....they charge people with doing nothing on your vehicle.. charge me 100$ just after 20 minutes and said we diagonse your vehicle .. we check your vehicle .... if you can pay whole amount which was 250$ they we will not charge you 100$ . Thats so unprofessional.... i recommend all dont go .. i want to pay more somewhere else but not here.

The owner Singh doesn't deserve 1 star.. he is a big lier. Not honest. Making money by cheating. Never come this shop.You called me and you lied to me. I asked you proves and I asked you to swear God ,why you didn't ? Now I know why so many customers call you greedy dog and no basic moral bottom lines.A lier ,such big lier.i came teach you how to respect people ,how to value others time which you never learned.

I've been going to JK Auto for a few years now and have never had any real issues with their service. The owner and wife are very accommodating with time if you need a short and sweet service done like an oil change or a tire replacement. The owners son is very nice and knowledgeable and gives off a strong passion about what he does. Comparing to other shops that i've been to, they are also very accommodating with the cost of their services. A lot of people need to understand that it is a first come, first serve business right now. You have to go in with an open mind that they may or may not have time to do a service depending on what you need and how busy it is that day (Which can change at any moment of its time). Plus, no service is done for free. I see a lot of reviews here where people are just emotionally attacking the business because they simply can't understand what is even being done. They just want the service completed disregarding any safety it could pose to them in the future (especially done at a highly cheap or free price).News flash, nothings free here in Canada and I 100% guarantee if you go to any dealership or other big name shop, you will be paying 3-4 times the amount and still get the same quality of service that you would get at JK Auto.

JK auto are a good family run business. They do solid work at a reasonable price.

I highly recommend this shop for any auto repair and service. They know their job, no guesswork, and pocket friendly charges. I have never regretted taking my vehicle to JK. Although they can be very busy at times due to high volume of work, family owned, few manpower but if you are patient, you will be happy you did.

Jk auto owner and wife are just ripping people off...my parents took their car the first they suggested to replace 2 tires...which they did and there was some bubbling in the tires and when they took the car back they said it's because they need two more new tires....very inexperienced and uncompetant workers. Will never return

Took off work early during the busiest time of the month because they said my suspension repair would take 2-3 hours, and they said I can come in any time within the week and they would get it done. So I did, take the car in, waited for 3 hours and they didn't ring my phone. Came back, no work was done, just told me that there is no parts. Usually I would have been more understanding, except they didn't contact me during the whole time and I literally wasted 3 hours leaving my car there for absolutely nothing. Brilliant place if you want to waste your time. Customer since 2019, we will not be returning here ever again.
