Smiths Falls Pet Grooming
Have had only good experiences bringing my pets in for grooming. All the girls are very pet friendly and personable. Bathing a 130lb Landseer is a chore but was done here with ease and reassurance to my dog. I really liked the fact that getting an appointment was easy and they accomodated my schedule! Would definitely recommend Doggie Styles to anyone needing pet grooming assistance.

Charlie has only been just a couple times, but she is definitely going back! We rescued her less than a year ago and her trust in people is not always there but she's excited when she gets to Doggie Styles and I'm told that she wags her tail the whole time she's in the tub, so obviously they have won her over!! :D The service they give is excellent! Ann and her staff are so open and friendly, kind and loving to our Charlie. I called the day before and Ann got her in. Who else does that?!! AND...they sent home a 'report card' with her. How awesome is that?!! I would recommend Doggie Styles to everyone. You won't be disappointed. :)

Disappointed with my experience. Brought my border collie here for a groom and was called after an hour two come get him because he wouldn’t go in the crate or tub easily. My dog has been to the groomers before, with no issues, and since being there I have brought him to another groomer, whom also had no issues. I cannot comment on the quality of the work done here, as my dog was not given the chance, but I do feel maybe this place is limited to the dogs they can/want to groom. I also did not find my interactions with groomer very pleasant/friendly.

Just called to inquire about an appointment. When asked the type of breed and age (beagle/cocker spaniel mix, 2.5 yrs) we were turned down and told she couldnt take a dog 'like that'. I'm confused. She refused before I was even able to ask about any service (I called because I just wanted her nails trimmed). This is a shame.

I've been taking my two poodles to Doggie Style for almost a year and I've experienced nothing but friendly customer service and outstanding grooming services. Ann and her staff have always been accommodating when I needed grooming services on short notice. The store is always clean and my dogs are always happy when I pick them up. I know when you take your dogs to other groomers it’s an all-day event, but at Doggie Style it takes about 3 hours. I highly recommend going to this salon for all your pet grooming needs!

Soo disappointed! Made an early appointment only to be turned away when we got there! The minute I walked in the door, I felt like it was an inconvenience to them. I have a labradoodle which they knew when I booked my appointment. He had a small bit of matting near his back legs but very minimal, apparently your dog should be groomed when you take him to get groomed.....lol. What a joke, definitely would never recommend!

I live in the very beautifull little town of Smiths Falls ontario and I have usedDoggie Styles Grooming services on many occasions.I have to say I am very happy with the very high level of professionalism the owner and staff always displays. My dog sunny also loves going to get his make over, a couple of times for the year. I would definitely encorage anyone looking for grooming services to contact Doggie Styles for a great gob at a very fair price.The love for animals can be felt as soon as you walk into the establishment.
